We've just switched to FlipHTML5 from another platform and for us it is a big reduction in cost. At first we chose Pro but realized that Platinum would save a lot of time with all the features, and time is also money! Excellent value, feature rich, responsive support
I am hosting a large technical book on fliphtml5, and this really turned out to be the best platform for that. Aside from offering excellent value for money, the product is very flexible and feature rich, and allows tailoring the user experience to a great degree. Be prepared for a learning curve, but in a good way--you can get your project up and running in minutes and then learn and test all the options down the road. You can turn on or off various toolbar buttons including printing, download, zoom, navigation features, etc. The look of the interface as well as the book can be tweaked using textures, shade controls, cover styles, UI themes, custom backgrounds, and more. Page flip effects are attractive and perform well. You can edit all product labels and messages in any of the myriad supported languages, and probably add languages as well! What may be most important is that technical support is exceptional and easy to access straight from the product dashboard. Support agents are very responsive, quick to address issues, and open to receiving suggestions for product enhancements and modifications of current behaviors. The product falls short in two areas: 1) the login is based strictly on email/password combination and can't be tied to a device or restricted in how many simultaneous sessions are allowed, and 2) annotations are persisted only locally, and are wiped out when clearing browser cookies. This latter limitation is pretty bad if you have users who will need to access their comments, notes, and drawings on multiple devices. Also, their annotations will be subject to the impermanence of the browser cache. In that respect, it may be better giving users a PDF file, which, incidentally, you can make available as a download from the flipbook itself. You can allow downloading any file you choose, not only a file that fliphtml5 offers. In conclusion, FlipHTML5 is an extremely rich and versatile platform for publishing all kinds of documents. It offers a decent paywall, good performance, great flexibility, and excellent support at an affordable price. I don't think you'll find a better alternative.

I am really glad that I chose FLIPHTML5 when looking for a solution for eBooks. Creating eBooks is very easy, even though there is a large number of options that allow for detailed customization and branding. The flipbooks can be published directly on the FLIPHTML5 platform, or they can be downloaded in various formats (HTML5, app for macOS or Android). Support responds quickly and not only helps with issues, but also assisted me in creating an application that allows my users to view annotations and bookmarks even when the flipbooks are accessed on different devices and browsers.

An excellent product which is easy to use, but what sets FlipHTML apart from many companies I’ve dealt with is its superb customer service. Due to a change in circumstances, I no longer needed FlipHTML, but had forgotten to cancel the recurring subscription. The money had already been taken and, more in hope than expectation, I contacted their customer support to explain what had happened and ask for a refund. Instead of a chatbot, pre-programmed to answer a specific set of prompts, I was presented with a simple form to describe the issue. Within minutes I was sent a reassuring reply from Mischa saying they were looking into it. Within the hour I was issued a full refund. Thank you.

The Best Flipbook Platform
I have the pleasure of hosting the flip books for my online course on FlipHTML5. I am writing a review to share that I am so grateful that I tried multiple flip book platforms before I tested FlipHTML5's platform. It far exceeded my expectations as far as ease of use, scalable features, functionality (including performance and speed) and costs. One small feature that has added a touch of elegance to my flipbooks is the spiral bound notebook feature. It brings a special touch of elegance and it makes me proud of the product I am building. Very good service for creating flipbooks
In my opinion, a very good service for creating interactive flipbooks. Upload, conversion and display of the converted PDFs is very fast. The options for customizing the display of the flipbook (logo, position, background design, etc.) are very good and exceed those of most competitors.
Works well, helpful customer support
We use FlipHTML5 to publish our free church magazine on Facebook. It has always worked well for us. When we had a recent issue with payment (not the fault of FlipHTML5) customer support was very helpful and patient while this was being sorted out.
