This company weaponizes the contact list that YOU created. ALWAYS back up your contacts in your own csv. They advertise a free plan, but don't offer it after you've paid (lol). If you forget to pay or card expires, they don't cancel they run your balance negative and then pay wall your own contact list. Terrible business practice

I'm on the 99 euro 10k plan, and for the last two months they charged me nearly 200 euro per month for a garbage service that is outdated and way overpriced. Do not sign up with them, they are annoying to get rid of and there are so much more, more able and affordable, email marketing providers.

Save your company the trouble and investment. I suggest looking at alternatives like Brevo, Mailrelay, or Mailchimp. At the very least, those platforms fulfill the basic promise of loading correctly and allowing you to work.
