Andrew was very helpful and even made a personalised video showing me what to do. I was a little surprised that the 'date subscribed' wasn't available by default, but that's not Andrew's fault, and he was prompt, helpful and polite.
Then, when I still couldn't follow the instructions, Klaudia used Andrew's video and applied it for me.

My battery, ordered in May, has never worked. My supplier claimed against the company on warranty - that was over two months ago. They claim they can't get a replacement from Growatt. I wish I had never started this process. Can anyone recommend a supplier who CAN actually deliver a working battery?
