As a potential new client, I cannot even sign up. They apparently only want me to use gmail or outlook, but I use yahoo. The email service that I use should not matter but the verification email did not come. I ticked the option for re-send, but it still did not arrive in my yahoo email box. So, I guess they dont want me because I use yahoo. :( I will have to continue to search for an email newsletter that I can use because how can I trust that the newsletters that I send to my clients will get to them when I did not even get the first email from MailerLite to verify my account?
Worst company ever and worst expereience I ever had, I was launching a campaign for my internal partners with monthly subscription and all was good, once I upgraded to annual subscription they terminated my account without refunding me. Scammers

Free plan limit suddenly dropped from 500 to 250 – account locked with 317 subscribers
Hi,
You reduced the free plan limit from 500 to 250 active subscribers (and monthly sends from 12,000 to 2,500). We have 317 subscribers and only send 1–2 newsletters per month.
Low volume, no heavy automation, no growth plans.
Now our account is locked and we can’t send anything because you decided to cut the free plan right after many people moved over from Mailchimp for the same reason.
This is the classic “bait with free, then tighten the screws” move. Not cool.
Thanks for the trust.

More than doubling the price to retain the features I already use
I have been a paying MailerLite customer and, as my mailing list has grown, I have already moved through the subscriber tiers and paid for add-ons. My current annual cost has been about £252.
Under the new pricing, the Comfort plan I'm being forced to migrate to would cost me roughly £407 per year, yet it introduces strict caps on the very features I rely on most: landing pages, forms and automations. These are not optional extras for my business. I use them to offer free educational PDFs, grow my mailing list and move subscribers into nurture sequences.
Worse still, once a customer exceeds one of these limits, existing assets may continue running, but MailerLite says the customer cannot create, activate or edit affected forms, landing pages or automations until they reduce their usage or upgrade.
To retain unlimited access comparable to what I already had, I would need to move to the Power plan at around £546 per year. That is more than double my previous annual cost.
I understand that companies revise pricing, and I have accepted paying more as my subscriber count has grown. What I do not accept is a substantial price increase combined with restrictive new limits on essential features that existing customers have already built their businesses around.
This feels less like a normal pricing adjustment and more like established customers being pushed into a much more expensive tier through artificial feature caps. There appears to be no meaningful grandfathering for existing users and no reasonable transitional protection.
I had otherwise been happy with MailerLite, but this change has seriously damaged my trust in the company. I am now considering the considerable disruption of migrating my subscribers, forms and automations elsewhere rather than paying more than twice as much simply to retain functionality I already depended on.

Dismissive....
Our account was terminated after we uploaded a contact list from a real estate office for which we pay to be the preferred photographer. We explained the business relationship and asked for clarification, but received what appeared to be a generic response stating the decision was irreversible and that further replies would not be reviewed. I understand that email platforms must enforce anti-spam policies, but the lack of a meaningful appeal process or opportunity to provide documentation was extremely disappointing—especially as a paying customer requesting a good-faith review.

Loved it... Until they started going down the Mailchimp way
I've been a loyal and happy MailerLite customer for close to a year, but the recent pricing changes have been very disappointing.
The new model effectively penalizes growth by charging more while reducing the number of emails included. When I contacted support, the only suggestion was to delete active subscribers and send fewer emails—exactly the opposite of what any growing business wants to do.
I asked whether there were any loyalty or grandfathering options for long-term customers, but was told there were none.
The support team was polite and it's fast-responding, but the company's approach was a big let-down.
The approach of locking people in and then hiking up prices without concerns for old loyal users was the reason I had moved from MailChimp to MailerLite.
I remain open to changing this review depending on how things go, either upgrading it or downgrading it, but at this point I can't recommend it
Terrible experience. Would not recommend them at all. Very rude, cancelled account ten minutes after submitting payment without any specific reasoning. Felt like a complete scam. Stay far away.

There new plans with almost no notice…
There new plans with almost no notice for changing it feel really unethical and punitive to longterm clients. I hate this unbundling of features so they can nickel and dime people over things that are very necessary. The big reason I signed up was the unlimited sending limits for monthly emails but that's now being changed. The actual product isn't good enough (lots of glitches, things break without warning after working for a long time) to put up with this.
Aggressive account suspension policy and zero-warning enforcement
While I understand the platform’s policies regarding bounce rates, the enforcement process is incredibly aggressive. There is no warning period or opportunity to address compliance issues before the account is suspended instantly. Even more concerning is that upon suspension, all access to account settings is blocked, making it impossible to disable auto-renewal. They effectively lock you out of your account while keeping the paid subscription active, which feels opportunistic. I cannot recommend this platform to any business.

Hi there, we're sorry to hear about your experience and understand your frustration.
High bounce rates can negatively impact email deliverability for all users on the platform, which is why accounts with unusually high bounce activity may be temporarily paused for review. These measures are in place to protect the sending reputation of our shared infrastructure and help ensure emails from all customers continue reaching inboxes.
We understand that this can feel sudden, especially if you were not expecting it.
Regarding your subscription concerns, suspended accounts do not prevent users from contacting our team about billing-related matters. If you were unable to manage your subscription or still have unresolved questions, please reach out via our contact form so we can review your specific case:

We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.

Yet another price hike
Seriously? Another price hike? News of which is delivered in yet another one these emails where the company attempts to persuade you they're doing it to "better serve the needs of our customers".
It's so transparent and so dishonest. Mailerlite has become the very thing I was trying to escape from in the first place. Yet another greedy tech company gouging its users for yet more profit, and making life almost impossible for small businesses.
I'm disappointed and angry, and I'll be taking my business elsewhere when my contract is up. I sincerely hope many others do the same.
Shame on you.

It's such a shame that they changed their pricing and limits. After spending hours working on it.
Big time Bait and Switch!! Signed up for the free plan which included several automations and forms. after spending HOURS creating these, linking them to my cart/website etc... suddenly a few months later they change the plan and say pay or else loose everything but 3 of each. Feels like extortion, and I won't support that in a company. I had to stop operations and spend hours transferring everything over to a new platform.

What a disaster now
At first I loved this site, but now I find it so unstable and expensive for what it is.
The further you go in subscribers, the more it becomes abnormally expensive compared to competitors.
The website builder/email builder isn’t extremely practical; I tried many times to authenticate a domain and it never worked. When I try to change my plan, it just works.
It’s really a shame, but I know very well that I won’t stay long, and no that is not their AI Support that is going to help me. You litterally pay for a support, you only have an AI.

Absolute garbage experience for startup…
Absolute garbage experience for startup founders and developers. I recently upgraded to a paid plan to set up email workflows for my new business. While my site is still in the staging phase, we ran standard integration tests through their API. Because the backend was firing testing loops to sync data, MailerLite’s automated system flagged it as a policy violation and instantly terminated my account.
No spam was ever sent. No external lists were imported. This was 100% internal development testing on a staging site.
When I reached out to explain, I got a completely robotic response saying the decision is "final" and they will not reply further. To make it worse, they refuse to issue a refund for the paid plan I literally just purchased. They took my money, offered zero human case review, closed my account during launch prep, and provided absolutely no support.
If you are an entrepreneur or a developer building a custom platform, stay far away from MailerLite. They will happily take your subscription fee and then permanently lock your gates during testing with zero recourse. Completely unprofessional.
My experience with this service has been extremely disappointing.
I purchased their Comfort package and, within less than 24 hours of activating my account, I sent my very first email campaign to a small group. Without any prior warning, notification, or explanation, my account was terminated immediately.
What makes this even worse is that I had barely used or explored the service. Since my account was suspended almost instantly, I requested a refund because I never had a fair opportunity to use what I had paid for. They refused to refund my payment.
This is a terrible way to treat paying customers. At the very least, there should have been a warning or an opportunity to resolve any issue before permanently terminating my account. Instead, they took my money, suspended my account, and denied my refund request. I would strongly advise others to think twice before purchasing their service.

I switched from MailChimp to MailerLite…
I switched from MailChimp to MailerLite because of an increase in subscriber limits (500). After using it for awhile they changed it to 250. This feels like a bait and switch and I would never recommend using a company that does things like this.
Started creating an email campaign and seeing how to import contacts. Nothing was sent from mailer light. on next use my accout was suspended/Terminated. When I emailed support they just thrwe the term back at me whai didn't help me identify anything I'd done wrong.
There is a disclaimer that you can't send a second/follow up email and all decisions are final.
As a Nrurodivergent person there is no accessability help on the website
