Poor service & support, very slow loading times quite often and just plain poor usability at times. And every time you seek help, it's always a problem at your end even though those same problems aren't happening on the same browser on any other site. Treating paying customers like idiots isn't a good customer strategy !

Instead it immediately charged to my card without any confirmation page. Now speaking to support to reverse this transaction

terrible onbaording experience, they just ask you a bunch of stupid questions and don't tell you how to actually use the thing at all. Then just pressure you to upgrade give you as little credits as possible.

Very helpful. The system is very large and overwhelming at times and its hard to know where to focus. I know there are videos. It may be worthwhile to have a day-long in person session. We can only cover so much in 1 hour.
