UPDATED BELOW: Please do yourself a favor a DO NOT BUY this. The valve works mostly Ok, but the connection technology is REALLY BAD. I had a connect modelu that stopped working when I upgraded the modem in my home network. AFter months of fruitless tries they told me I needed a Gateway module, another $200, only o find out that I also need to buy another connect module, another $300. Total scam for a very medicre technology. I am stuck with an average valve that I whish I neved bought. Save yourself the trouble. UPDATE: customer service reached out and offered a Connect+Gateway combo for free. I agreed to return the old connect and allow them to charge me for the Gateway I had already purchased and had sent for return. All seems to be working fine now. I am glad they decided to do the right thing. This combo seems to work better as it was easy to set up and so far is working as expected. Still I don't know why add another box to the setup, but grateful the the CS response.

The Flo Logic system is amazing

The Flo Logic system is amazing. My insurance company introduced me and subsidized the install. Since my first install I have added 5 additional units to our family homes. The Flo Logic system alerted us and shut down the water at our vacation property when we were away. Most impressive is their support team that has worked alongside my plumbers and electricians on each install. Any tech issues have been handled by a simple call...they actually answer the phone and call u back!!!!!!

Great phone support

we had a supply line to a sink detach…

we had a supply line to a sink detach when we were away and our flologic system minimized the damage by terminating the water flow. We were veery pleased with how the system curtailed what could have been a disaster.

FloLogic Saved Our Home!

I had a water pipe freeze and burst at our home while we were on vacation! It would have poured water into our home for 8 days if our recently installed FloLogic system had not come to the rescue and shut our water line off. I was notified on my FloLogic App of the leak and was able to have a plumber go to the house to find the leak and schedule a time to fix it on the 1st day we returned. When we got home and the leak was repaired, I called FloLogic to make sure the system was functioning properly because it was reporting excessive water flow when I turned the water back on. Steve was totally knowledgeable about the FloLogic system and walked me step by step through testing to make sure the FloLogic system was working properly. It was, and it was still showing an excessive water flow. Steve then walked me through steps to find the problem. It turned out to be a toilet that was not sealing properly after the plumber checked it looking for the original leak. Through the entire process Steve never made me feel like I was being rushed, he was ready to spend as much time as needed to get a complete resolution. I HIGHLY recommend FloLogic! They are heros!! Hats off to FloLogic for providing excellent, modern and multi-channel real-time support to trouble-shooting an issue I had with my (awesome) new FloLogic system. The CSR answered my call on the first ring and quickly ID'd my account and was able quickly understand what was happening based on their diagnostics. The CSR quickly texted me instructions to fix as well the option to call the service desk in real time. Within an hour we were back online with the system. Thanks, Todd

A Very Happy Customer

On several occasions I have utilized the Flo-Logic technical support team. In every which way they have exceeded my expectations: 1) You can always get someone on the phone. If you leave a voice mail they get back to you immediately. 2) The techs are very patient and carefully listen to your questions and issues. They always have a solution and walk you through step by step of how to program and use the APP or other equipment. 3) If you have an after hours issue, they periodically check voice mails, emails and will get back to you.

Great Product with Exceptional Service

This is a fantastic product with exceptional service and responsive and informed support from the U.S. based technical team. I've had it in my home for many years and would never consider living in a property without it. When selecting a plumber, I look for those with FloLogic experience.

The system shuts off the water in the middle of the night all of the time. No way to get in touch with the company to be able to determine what is wrong with the system. I cannot trust Flo Logic. Very disappointing.

The product can only be surpassed by their support. In all my 60 years I have never experienced such caring, responsive and understandable help. Even on Thanksgiving night, when I panicked for no reason, they called, held my hand and talked me through my concern. Their product is fantastic and even got me home insurance reductions. If they sold air, I would purchase from them!

After researching extensively

After researching extensively, we chose FloLogic, and it has exceeded expectations. It’s US-made, extremely high quality, and the support team has been phenomenal, even answering questions late at night. I love that the app shows water flow down to 0.5 oz, giving peace of mind that it’s monitoring our home. While it was the priciest option, I believe it will be a long-lasting investment. The design is smart and user-friendly: once installed, it can be serviced without removing the entire unit. If the flow sensor or motor housing needs replacement, access is easy. Excellent design and engineering. The IOS app has been great too.

We have had a FloLogic System 3.5 in our home for 8 trouble free years. FloLogic's system has provided us with total confidence, in knowing that we have been 100% protected from water damage stemming from any type of in home plumbing failure. This has been true whether at home, where you might overfill a bathtub or while away on vacation. We had our system installed after experiencing a plumbing failure that disrupted our lives for weeks. We have been so impressed with FloLogic's equipment and with the technical service staff, that 6 of my neighbors have followed our lead by installing the same equipment. Any one of my neighbors could have equally well written this testimonial.

After experiencing a terrible water leak!

After experiencing a terrible water leak in our home we were advised to install a leak detection system. After researching the various options we selected Flo Logic and that was the best move we could have made! The best product from a great company

Great company, easy to work with and so helpful. Excellent support and customer service. I upgraded from one of the original systems from over 20 years ago, I was an early adapter and their service was great and is still great. I compared this to other devices on the market and none meet their high standards. The product is robust and dependable. This is a necessity for my house, on grade slab with a water shut off below grade, under a floor board, under a heavy washing Machine and inaccessible. I found this out when I had a pipe break and could not access the shut off and had to call the fire dept. After much water damage, I resolved to find a solution and came across a review of a new product: FloLogic, reviewed in a Popular Science Magazine. I have been a huge fan ever since. Whenever I needed support, which is infrequent, they are there to assist and address any problems.
