Floral birthday cake is genius
I love the selections offered and everything was self explanatory to place my order. I wasn't enthused having to pay $2 to pick my "exact delivery date" but oh well.

Well, it jumped from 53 dollars to 78.00 with 5.90 savings. I didn’t expect this much of jump and it didn’t specify the extra cost was that for delivery service?? After I received the email it says 19.95 for delivery service. Thanks a lot!

Website pictures of arrangements are deceiving
Ordered a birthday bouquet for my best friend. The picture on the website was gorgeous and I even upgraded to deluxe because I wanted it to be very special. The flowers look nothing like the picture on the website. The picture on the website apparently was the standard arrangement and the picture of the arrangement my friend received looked even smaller than that. I contacted customer service and they said the florist used the correct recipe. Beware… The pictures on the website are deceiving and do not accurately display what you’ll actually get. Will not order from them again.
