Sorry I could not give these zero stars review. If your in Canada do not use this service reach out to the flower shop directly. Their substitution policy is garbage and they change your order to whatever the shop can substitute it for, without your input. You will be charged in USD, service cost.... just call your local flowershop in your area and order through them. The cost difference was day and night. if you already ordered reach out to cancle your order asap before the assortment is made! Well i guess the one star is for a full refund after hours of trying only until I refused the order from delivery person as it was not even remotely my order then i got a call confirming my refund.
