Got the customer support that I needed promptly. Customer support rep, in my experience, was great to talk with - patient, respectful and helpful. Fluent home monitoring product, for me, has been exceptional in reliability. I will trade it for no other.
We had several issues to work through and the rep hung in there and resolved all our problems. She was willing to go the extra mile and do the research required. I couldn't be more impressed with her professionalism and diligence.
