As a first time user of private flight, I was a bit nervous about how it would work. Turned out great! Plane was new and clean, pilot was extremely professional and helpful, and everything went according to plan.

Great plane and pilot. A lot of delays beyond her control but eventually everything worked out
Pressure noise
So, let me be clear, the sales experience was 5 stars. The Pilots were 5 Stars. The plane was 3 stars or less due to the pressurization issue. The squealing was extremely loud. Even with Bose earbuds in. It was much worse for my wife she did not have these. The pilot mentioned a sticking valve and that this needed addressed.The plane was a King Air F90 very old, but nice inside I paid a lot of money for a service and was delivered an inadequate aircraft. This should be compensated. I flew home on a PC12 never even noticed pressure change.

Everything i asked for and more was done. I will never use anywhere else for any flight i ever have to take... always asking to make sure everything is going good or if anything is needed. If anything was needed or wanted they jumped on it and took care of it for me.

The team was very helpful and accommodating to all our needs and wants. Trend and Hayden were outstanding. They were always available for any questions or concerns at ANY TIME that we called. I appreciated their help in moving the flight to the FOUNTAINBLEAU FBO as we requested and helping to fulfill the dream experience that we were hoping and dreaming about. Again, thanks for making my wife's birthday unforgettable.
