Ordered online, received clear, prompt confirmation. Waited ten business days, heard nothing, sent a follow-up inquiry, and got an immediate reply. Weller 12 arrived soon after. Bottle was really well packaged. All and all a very good experience. I would do business with Folsom again.

Idk what to say....your cheaper than the other legit on line sale outlets (when your stuff is on sale) and I know exactly what retail is...but we're all in this place right now together.. I'm just too old I guess 🤷 Anyway, only issue is had was a Blantons leaked a very small amount but when I brought it to your attention nothing was actually done about it. I mean if your going force everyone to purchase insurance 🤔 than why would you just basically ignore a picture and message about a leakage? Anyways I gave you a hi rating but it probably unworthy.. If I ever order another bottle with insurance that isn't perfect you will know it....

You're always a little apprehensive when dealing with a new company that you read about on Facebook. But after placing my order, they kept me informed on status of the order...which helped. When I received my bottle it was very well packaged. I also felt like the shipping cost wasn't necessarily out of line. I would buy from Folsom Wine & Spirits again!
