30 day's and still not here! Zero movement on UPS tracking!
Today makes day 30 from placing my order and it has still not even shipped. I sent multiple emails to both of their addresses and never received a single response. I finally called them 2 weeks ago and was told they "were just waiting on shipping materials" and they'd get my order right out! And 2 weeks later, still nothing. Today I will be canceling my order because you can't until it's been 30 days! Very disappointed! Hope others have better luck and way better communication!
Horrible company to try and do business with. They claim to be small and need 3-5 business days to fulfill online orders yet here I am three weeks later with nothing to show for it. They do not answer emails nor do they answer their phones (and a few of their phone numbers are now disconnected).

No idea what happened. I've ordered from you in the past and never had a problem. This time, you tried twice, and both times my shipment was returned to you for "compliance issues" from UPS. I ordered from a different company in the same state, and had no issues. Hope you've looked into what happened.
The owner and staff were available to discuss many different bottles to consider. The best selection of top-tier bourbons I have ever seen in one place.

No communication. 2 months to ship. Cancel items without explanation. Proport to have a stock they don't have. Garbage online retailer.
Great guys - great inventory. Shipping rates reasonable (and MUCH cheaper than ordering from Ireland !!)

Advertise items that are not in stock, never respond
Advertise items that are not in stock that they will nor fill.
45 days to partially fill and order. After I placed the order, I gave them some grace and waited 20 days to email them for an update. No response. After another 10 days, I call the store. The guy who answered acknowledged the order as (paraphrasing) 'something that's on the list to order in'. When I asked for more information, he had none and told me to email the boss. I sent an email. 7 days after that, I received a shipping email for one item and a refund for the other. No explanation no, no apology. If I didn't call and email, these guys would do nothing. Horrible business.
