Dawn at the store in Orlando was incredibly helpful, answering all our questions with patience and expertise. The service speed was impressive - we visited on Saturday, and amazingly, it was delivered and installed the very next day! The installation team was professional, friendly, and did an excellent job setting everything up.
Overcharged and Ignored I was charged twice for my order with Fotile, with different amounts each time. Despite multiple emails, I haven’t received any response from their customer service. This is unacceptable, and I’m disappointed with their customer service.
