I love the look of the fountain but the…
I love the look of the fountain but the little dribble I get is a joke. Unlike the video for this product I have absolutely no flow I’m in full sun we are completely level and hardly anything comes down it really does sound like a dribble not a nice fountain I am very disappointed in this purchase hoping the company will help me resolve this but otherwise way too expensive for what you get!

I have reached out to customer service…
I have reached out to customer service twice and have been met with radio silence. The light works on the fountain but the pump appears to be defective. I need to speak with customer service asap or I will be escalating to the bbb and disputing the charge

As a small business owner we take your satisfaction very seriously. We generally take 24 hours to respond. Please not this is our busiest time of the year. Fun Fountain
I really like this fountain, it was easy to put together. I’m 84 and I enjoy the pleasant sounds. The base was cracked but not bad so I went ahead and used it!!

GREAT all-around experience
My wife found her fountain at several sites online. She chose fountainsusa for the purchase because they had a great website and offered the best price. What came later was the "icing on the cake". The shipping was SUPER quick (2dys!) and we received a couple of personal emails from the owner asking us how well they were doing and then a personal followup. PS: the fountain works great and looks lovely. I would recommend this company!
