Almost Perfect, But....
The product I ordered came quickly, looked great! However I had trouble with the site, and accidentally ordered twice. I immediately sent a message to cancel, but that did not happen. I got an email indicating that fast turnaround was key, and an apology for inability to cancel. This concerns me for my site, if a real customer has a real problem.

Fourthwall has been great as I experience the full learning curve of starting a merch shop! Their customer service and easy accessibility has eased my mind so many times.
It is easily the best web host, and they have a great free plan!
It is easily the best web host and E-commerce platform I have used yet. They are the only web host I have found that even has a free plan that lets you use your own domain name. The customer service is also really good. They have a discord where people will answer your questions within minutes, and when I had a bug messing something up, I emailed support, and they replied in less than half hour and started fixing the problem. I have no interest in ever going to anyone else. I used Shopify for a long time, but they charge your to death.

Customer service nonexistent
Would never purchase something from here again. I placed an order, received an order confirmation immediately with a delivery estimate of March 12-13. On March 12 I checked my order, saw that it had never even shipped, and sent CS an email. I received an email confirmation that my email had been sent and an estimated reply time of 2-3 business days. It is currently March 27th and I have received no reply. I sent a follow up email to customer service on March 20th, also received email confirmation of that being sent and another 2-3 business day reply time. I simply do not believe that they are running 2 weeks behind on customer service emails. If they are, that is its own red flag. More than likely they have no idea what is going on and are just ignoring the email entirely. Either way, I will continue to steer people away from using Fourthwall as a shopping platform. I also would not sell on any platform that advertises the benefit of handling cs for you, because I am telling you that they will not.

Hi Elisabeth, Sorry to hear. The creator was self-fulfilling items for this shop. Unfortunately, they do not have seem to have shipped any items (or replied to your support inquiries). To be clear, Fourthwall handles support as long as we manufacture the items but in cases like this in which the creator does, we cannot offer direct support (as we don't have visibility into the manufacturing or shipping timelines). That said, I've escalated to our fraud & compliance team to make sure that this gets addressed. Assuming items are not being shipped and replies are not being handled, this is likely a case of fraud in which case you'll be refunded in full and the shop will be closed. I'll post an update here after that review completes. Thanks!

Every time I contact the support folks at Fourthwall they go above and beyond to ensure my products are professional and perfect! They respond in a reasonable amount of time and always address my questions and concerns. I enjoy creating and selling with Fourthwall! PS DANTE ROCKS!
So far, not so good.
Did up some merch and ordered tests of each. One item arrived with horrible print quality. Assuming it was a side effect of the slightly different fabric this particular item had, I reached out to support, which responded within minutes. What was looking like it was going to be an epic customer support experience was anything but. The response was very terse and rude, essentially blaming me, with no explanations. The only thing different between this item and the others, which turned out great, was the fabric. It was clear they didn't bother to investigate my issue. I replied and told them I found their response rude and unhelpful and asked for more information (and provided more details and a comparison picture). I have not heard back - they ghosted me. After spending hundreds on test orders of everything, this was frustrating to say the least. Edit after reply: Eli was the individual who blamed me without any investigation. It might well have been my fault but how would I know that without explanation of the issue. Raw blame is not helpful/actionable. My ticket has been acknowledged. and gettihg attention now that Ive got public. Its clear they do not now what is going on though. I do believe they would get to the bottom of it but there are too many on demand merch companies to potentially subject my customers to an experience like mine. So I closed the ticket as it would be inappropriate to take their time if I am not going to utilize them. I changed this review from 1 to 3 stars. They do what to solve it and mistakes and bad days happen but no one has acknowledged the poor behavior so I'm not willing to up it further.

Great Platform with Excellent Features — Needs More Payout Options
Fourthwall is an excellent platform in many ways — the user interface is clean, the site structure and SEO are well done, and the control over templates and customization is fantastic. It makes setting up and managing a store very easy, even for creators who are new to ecommerce. However, one major limitation is the payout options. The platform currently only supports Stripe (and Bill.com for certain regions), and does not offer PayPal or direct IBAN bank withdrawals. This can be frustrating and a real obstacle for many sellers, especially in countries where Stripe is not fully supported. Expanding payout methods would make Fourthwall even better.

I cannot recommend Fourthwall enough. We recently ran into a complex issue regarding TikTok, and the support team was incredible. We brought all the details to them, and they went above and beyond to provide exactly what we asked for. They were courteous, timely, and professional throughout the entire process. Beyond just their support, the platform itself is extremely easy to work with.
