Quality pens and service

Loved the discount, added free pen, and discount on my next order. Quality pens, excellent service, and fast shipping always.

FPR has been very kind.

Good- especially for beginners

FPR has a nice variety of fountain pens for users of different comfort levels. Purchases are shipped promptly. I’ve not had a reason to need customer support.

I ordered the wrong color pen by mistake!

I ordered the wrong color pen by mistake, I emailed them and told them what color I wanted and just received the color pen I wanted. Thanks so much, I love the pen!

Excellent product, excellent service, and prices that don't make me wince

I'm so glad that I found Fountain Pen Revolution! Their pens are incredible and the prices are even better. It shows that high quality writing instruments don't always need to cost an arm and a leg. And they have an excellent assortment of accessories for pen enthusiasts of every level of experience.

Completely wowed

Completely wowed! This is a beautiful pen that writes perfectly. Thank you for the fast shipping and the generous free gift! I will definitely be a return customer very soon. I now want to try every pen you make!

Great product

Fast delivery, and excellent quality. Already favourite nib

Love the "presents" I got myself

I ordered two pens and several bottles of ink. I love FPR omniflex nibs. The ebonite pen is classic, and the orange resin one has lovely chatoyancy. I've only used two of the FPR inks so far: Painted Desert (a brown-red) and Neptune Blue (crisp, easy-to-read). I really like both of them. I also appreciate the fair pricing and rapid shipping. Thank you.

Excellent communication

Excellent communication. Very fast fulfillment of my order. Gorgeous colors. So easy to do busy with. Prices = value. Will definitely shop here again. TY!!

A mix-up with my BOGO order?

I placed an order recently, the shipping was fast and timely. There was seemingly a mix-up in my order. I ordered a leather pen sleeve in a BOGO offer, so I expected to receive two sleeves. After submitting my order, a screen popped up for pen sleeves at the BOGO price, so I thought maybe I need to click that to take advantage the offer. I clicked on it and received a thank you confirmation, so it became apparent that I'd ordered a second BOGO pair of leather pen sleeves. I decided to keep the second set instead of contacting the seller. When my order arrived I anticipated having a total of four pen sleeves, except there were three inside the delivery. So my two separate orders somehow became a total of three items, not four. I left it at that, but I want to say I seem to have issues with FPR orders time and again.

Great communication and quality

First and foremost: the excellent communication! We live in the Netherlands and communicate via email. At any question we immediately got an answer. Second: the quality of the pens is perfect, so this is the third order we placed.

Exceptionally nice pens

Exceptionally nice pens, leather pen pouches and more. Excellent service and shipping. An all around wonderful small family run American business. Fast shipping and sales worth waiting for. Am a repeat customer over several years.

I received the order very quickly

I received the order very quickly, and everything arrived in great shape. I’ve only inked one pen so far, and I enjoy working with it. I definitely like the ebonite Himalaya with the ultra flex nib.

Excellent choices for a new pen

The website is easy to navigate and there is a large variety to choose from. The prices are reasonable. Then shipping is extremely fast.

Check out FPR! Be Glad you Did!

There are a couple of things that I would think people would like to know about FPR and why choose to deal with them. They really are a family run business. All of your dealings with them are directly with the folks owning the company. No middlemen in between. That's why you will see Kevin, the guy behind it all, take personal interest in issues people have with the pens they have purchased. You don't get that every day. The pens are affordable for quality you receive. You can't find comparable pens at the price outside of the streets of India or Chinese TaoBao. These two things combined make FPR a standout among other companies. They are different in their own special way. They have almost single handedly brought the world of Indian fountain pens into the hands of pen users several years ago. At that time, it was a novelty. Look at what has happened now! The explosion of Indian fountain pens and the increased quality has been astounding and it is partly due to people such as Kevin and FPR for making this happen. And it gets better because they run sales. You owe it to yourself to catch them with a sale going on. If you have ever considered the idea, that would be the time to test the waters. You'll be glad you did.

They didn't screw up.

Why give stars? Well basically they didn't screw anything up. Yeah I know the bar is a little bit low but this is a good company. Nice selection. They got the order correct and timely delivery.

Great customer service

Great customer service! Great fountain pens! Nice variety of products!

Fantastic pens!

My daughter is an artist and is very much in love with your pens. I just purchased a full set for her Christmas present this year. Keep up the good work folks!
