I've placed several orders with FPR and while I've had a couple small hiccups, Kevin has been very helpful in taking care of me. They stand behind their pens and offer great service. Kevin has also been very helpful in helping me understand FPs as this is a relatively new obsession for me. Many wonderful videos to help as well. Thanks for all you do! I will definitely be ordering more.
Fast response and quick arrival of products.
I was looking for an Opus 88 Clear Demonstrator on sale. FPR had it listed for $108. I added it to the cart. Got a popup for new customers: save 10%. I wasn't sure if the coupon would work for a sale item, so I added the coupon to the cart: price updated to $97.20. Cool! However, as soon as I went to check out, the base price suddenly jumped back up to $120, minus the 10% for a total of $108. I tried again by starting all over; same result. Went to my desktop computer and started from scratch; same result. First I'd get the sale + discount price, then at final checkout the price jumped back up to the normal price minus the first-time 10% off. I understand that sometimes coupon codes cannot be combined with sale prices, but repeatedly both the sale plus the 10% discount showed in the cart, until I went to check out and suddenly it changed. I tried a total of five times on DIFFERENT DEVICES — so it was not a “browser issue.” Not sure if this is some kind of bait-and-switch, but I'm not impressed as a first-time "almost" customer -- probably will never order from this company, if this is how they do business.

I stumbled upon FPR via happy accident. Purchased two Himalayas V2, one Himalaya V1, two FPR inks, pen flush & flusher tool, and a handful of ink samples. I received everything, plus freebies! The pens and ink are very affordable.Shipping was quick. Customer service responded fast. I’m so happy with my purchase, I already placed my second order. All 3 pens are very pretty with slight shimmer ♥️, and accompanied with converters. I chose EF, F, & EFF nibs. The upgrade to EFF was shockingly cheap. I haven’t inked the EF, but the F & EFF write beautifully. Neither is dry, scratchy, or skips…the flex nib actually flexes (I’d guess the flex is EF-M) and I’ll likely use to write greeting cards. I have 2 other brand flex nibs that have no flex range. To me ink is ink, so nothing special to write about or dislike. I’ll need to try other models, but the only cons are due to my personal preference. The Himalaya pens are very lightweight, not many feminine options, and the gold toned trim is orangey.

I got the sample packet and I chose two inks that looked amazing. I very carefully loaded my pen, and I do write a lot, and the ink just came out blue. I bought a green ink with sparkles. I was excited to try this and had bought it for my birthday. It's usable. It's functional. But every sample I've loaded even though I clean my pen just comes out boring blue. Maybe the bottles are different? But all the samples I got that I've used so far are just boring boring blue. What a disappointment! 😖.
