install. It needs instructions with how to replace in case it doesn’t work or changes. Responses of technicians are excellent. MRCOOL needs local representatives to deal with troubling cases. I having difficulties to find out mal functions of valves in condenser. It has a good potential to capture market share to overcome regulation of EPA 608.

Ordered a 36k condenser, 24k wall unit and 2x9k wall units. Shipped within days and received great tracking info. Everything arrived in perfect condition and is up and running perfectly. Couldn't be happier with the result. Another stockist was charging over $800 more plus tax for the exact same product. Cool mini splits were awesome from day one. Highly recommended
