When getting human support, the response was very quick and my problem was solved better than expected. Great customer service! However before getting human support, talking with the AI was extremely frustrating and I was having to repeat myself over 4 times before finally getting human support. Overall I love this company and it's product, but think they need to train or get rid of the AI agent.
The service was exceptional! After my product was damaged in shipping, they didn’t even question me and instead sent the product after an email! I’m so used to mini brands, not doing their part to make it right. Froya not only sent me a new product to replace the broken one, but the customer service agent was phenomenal!
Customer service was very good. Ale helped me cancel an order that I did not realize was on an automatic subscription. She make sure I got my refund when she was able to get the order canceled. Once I get to a location that I can actually get orders I will definitely be looking into this company to try their product.
I have been so surprised by the results of using these skin and hair products after only 4 weeks. I notice visible changes in my skin texture, sun damage and wrinkles. The eye cream has made visible difference in my crepey eye lid skin and crows feet. I finally ordered the skin line as well as the hair line from Froya. I was super excited when it finally arrived, but unfortunately the hair package was damaged on arrival and there was product all throughout the box. I immediately reached out to Froya's customer service, sent them the pictures, and they resolved the problem by sending a replacement. I received my product shipment today ( I do like the day and night balms). Unfortunately one of the product jars was smashed. I sent an email to the support desk and figured I’d receive a response at some time…but to my surprise, I received a response within seconds, addressing the issue and creating a replacement order. Am assuming this will ship promptly- we shall see. But have to offer kudos for the super quick ‘real’ response - not automated. Thanks! MP
I had something arrive broken, (packaging definitely needs to be improved on, just a flimsy padded envelope isn’t enough). I emailed Frøya and it was resolved very quickly. I have a replacement product on the way. Froya needs to offer expedited shipping!! I have to wait another 11 days for my product to arrive, so it’ll be over 3 weeks total from my original order. Customer service was excellent though. Thanks.
