Excellent customer service and products
Froya Organics has excellent customer service! I ordered the products but didn’t realize I had signed up for the subscription. When I received notice that my next month supply was on its way, I called to ask about that. They showed me how I did in fact sign up for the subscription, but then assisted me in canceling that and then even gave me a 15% credit for the items that were already on their way. I actually love the product, I just don’t need a new supply every month. I found this to be excellent customer service and will definitely keep ordering from them.
Fabulous Froya face care (& very tasty 😂)
I’d recently started using froya organics & was loving the way my skin was feeling, fresher, brighter & their products are all natural. Turns out my dog also loves froya, she found my face cream set, unscrewed the lids & licked them all clean. Contacted froya & they kindly sent me a discount code to start again. Really speedy response from customer service (within 5 mins of emailing) & so grateful for a discount code when it was not their fault (other than making very tasty face creams 😂). I’m looking forward to starting my regime again & will store them well out of reach of my very clever dog. Thanks guys Jane S

I love these products + great customer service
I love these products. They are legit and the best I have found for skincare. All natural and the best party they really work! The eye balm for circles worked almost immediately - I noticed a difference after one day and definitely significantly more after a few days. Overall I have noticed more even tone, hydrated skin, and reduction in fine lines. I'm 42 so this is definitely starting to catch up to me. I also just needed to cancel my subscription (not because lack of quality for product but $ cash flow atm) and they were super responsive and even caught my order in time to cancel and will be able to get my refund. J. Mick took the initiative and saved me a $/effort. Ill definitely be ordering more in the future.

The product is too thick with no…
The product is too thick with no spatula so goes up under your fingernails when you try to put it on. It does not smooth in easily especially on my neck and tbh I have no idea if it works on my skin or not BUT once on (v sticky) my skin turned orange, my pillow is stained orange, my bedding and white towels are all orange!! My husband laughed at my orange face....have cancelled my subscription and will not be bothering with it any more.
