I love the face products for mature skin. My breakouts have lessened, I can see the improvements over time. It has simplified my skincare. I have only once needed to apply benzoyl peroxide once to ONE…yes ONE pimple that was starting. I do wish there was an actual sunscreen product, but I’ve been using SPF 30 Mineral Cerave sunscreen over the balms for extra sun protection.

I received my order in the mail and when I opened it, one of the jars were broken so I immediately emailed customer service and they responded within minutes and then I got another email just a little while later saying that my replacement was on the way!
The site is a scam in regards to returns. I haven't received my product yet and decided I want to start a refund right away since I found something else that's working for me in the mean time. Their response is "In these cases, and in line with our policy, we’re unfortunately unable to cancel the order or provide a return shipping label once it has already been processed. Also, since you'll be keeping the order, I can offer you a 15% refund as a gesture of goodwill." I looked at their policy more closely and it states that they have a 30-day return policy BUT you CANNOT return items that are beauty products which are the only items sold on their site. And you cannot return sale items (they have been running a 40% off sale for the past several months and it seems like it's always on sale). The only other way you can get your money back is the 60-day money back guarantee but that's the other catch. You need to submit a before photo BEFORE your package arrives. I tried starting the process but once you click on the link it says "you must wait at least 60-days before submitting a claim". So, they make it literally impossible for you to get your money back. All the promising wording of returns is just a marketing scheme.

I ordered some products for a ‘discounted’ price on 27 July 26. All these amazing reviews on facebook lured me i to it… The products haven’t arrived yet (8 days in) and I checked the email with the order confirmation again. To my utter astonishment I say that the company had applied a 2-monthly subscription to my order - I was not aware of that when I ordered. And they make it extremely difficult to cancel this order. Took me over an hour. I also blocked my card for future payments to the company as they cheekily show at cancellation that another order for September was already made under that subscription! In my opinion, this is all an intentional misleading of customers who think they buy a good product once at a discounted price. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS! On top of it: Check the negative reviews! Besides that unwanted subscription, these reviews provide damning opinions of the products, too. THINK before you order!!

I have been using this product for about 2.5 weeks now and I am slowly starting to see results. My Skin appears softer and I no longer get rough patches of dry skin. I was unsure bout the face scrub to start with but have gotten used to it now. I'm looking forward to seeing more results as the weeks go on. Would definitely recommend this product to any girlies approaching their 40s+
