I didn't realise I had a 6 week subscription and when I received the next order I emailed to say I didn't need any right now and Ale assisted me in returning them and getting a full refund. Excellent customer service!

The products are really amazing
The products are really amazing, I used them consistently in the 6 weeks leading up to my wedding and I couldn’t have been happier. Usually I get dry patches around my eyes, redness on my cheeks and the routine cleared all of that- to the point I considered not wearing foundation on my wedding day. The day glow gives me a glow , and now its a daily routine im sticking to.

Shocking Service
Froya organics are shocking to deal with and I have had poor responses in regard to a refund for subscription I did not want, be very careful how you apply for their product will take the matter up with my bank. And your emails of fantasy and fairytales are shocking

Customer Service was great! I had not realized that I had signed up for a subscription so I emailed Froya. I got an immediate reply and my subscription was cancelled and they refunded me immediately. I do love the products but I still have plenty so I didn't need more. I will buy more in the future. Very happy!

Jason was lovely! He helped me find the error in shipping (a warehouse problem) and promptly resolved it, sending me a confirmation of the new shipment. Everything I'm looking for in customer service, helpful, answered all my questions and found a solution!
Dubious company
Perhaps for others this product works, but I found it did not absorb well at all, hours later I could still wipe it off my face with a tissue. Worse still, they put me in a loop subscription without me signing up for it and that was disguised as an "order confirmed" and tried 14 (!!) times to get the next scheduled payment. Dubious company.
