I absolutely love these products
I absolutely love these products. I bought the Complete System for Mature Women's Skin and the shampoo kit. The scrub is incradible, finally a scrub that scrubs ! 😁 I love the feel of the face products, they leave my skin really nourished but not oily. We just had 3 heat waves and it was fine. I even put a little on my arms 🤓 well done and thank you. I wish you had body balms, maybe one day 🤞🤞🤞
I totally get the hype. Great customer service too.
Firstly, I will speak about the product. I was very impressed with the quality. It is thick in form and for sure a little goes a long way. The day balm I did find a little orange for my skin as I have Irish porcelain skin but I mixed a little with my usual coconut oil and it’s perfect together… has definitely elevated my morning skincare routine. The night balm also fab and you can even feel how emollient it is as soon as you apply it to your skin. The same with the day balm also, actually. But the day balm is for sure a thicker substance than the night balm which is also why I mix it up. I notice an instance improvement in the appearance of my skin texture and fine lines as soon as I apply both of these products. I can now understand the hype with this product. Also, natural ingredients in my skincare is a non-negotiable for me and this brand ticks that box. I would just like to add that I am so impressed and grateful for the lovely experience I had with their customer service team. It was a breath of fresh air to interact with such personable, understanding and compassionate ‘humans’ on the other end, who were dealing with my request. Thank you.

Not worth the hype
Not worth the hype. I got the full set twice and the day, night and eye balm all crystallised. They’ll tell you that warm it up slowly over hot water but that won’t help. Barely useable on your face. I got a refund and won’t try again .

Great Issue Resolution
I was notified by the delivery carrier that my package was "damaged" in transit, but they ended up delivering a slice open package with nothing inside. Frøya's customer service was wonderful throughout the unfortunate situation. They were quick to respond and courteous, but they even offered to replace our refund the order. As a note, I'm not a long-standing customer they wanted to retain; this was my first order. Aside from the recommendation the company change to sturdier packaging, their customer service and issue resolution was a breathe of fresh air and much appreciated. I'm excitedly awaiting the replacement shipment now!

I had a mishap with my order and got the wrong balm but Jason responded promptly and let me keep the balm that was sent and they will send me the correct one. Overall amazing customer service and I will definitely be ordering from them again.
Customer Service is Superb!
The products are great, I can really feel my skin loving them! But I'm here to give a shoutout to Jason from the Support Team, who stepped in very swiftly, when I completely forgot to adjust my subscription date and would have gotten a new batch of products while still having a lot left. Jason did a fantastic job in cancelling my order before it shipped and refunding my order. I was really impressed with the level of customer service received, especially since I know many other companies would have told me it's on my and there's nothing they can do to cancel my order. I had no great results
I had no great results. Its a heavy cream so it does go along way but can result in acne outbreaks. No better or worse than other "miricle" anti-aging creams. Won't turn the clock back or produce radical improvements for the average person. Will not repurchase.

This is scam
This is scam. Didn't bother trying to return when you're not satisfied - it doesn't work on subscriptions. That includes the 1st order of the subscription. You would also have to dig deep to find the fine print that shows you have to show a before and after picture starting in the 1st day and one on the 30th or 60th day, didn't know I couldn't keep up with all the fine print, and return within 30 days later. THE PROBLEM is that you don't go looking for this return info until time has passed and you realize it's a scam and doesn't do anything, maybe makes your skin worse!
