Now that I know that is your system and a human replied so quickly, I won't be frustrated if I need to reach out to Support again. Maybe a banner or pop-up that briefly explains the process to Froya lovers would help make the transition easier.

Good luck on trying to return anything you buy. They make it nearly impossible. Returning is only accepted if you have not opened the box it comes in. If you take it out, look inside of it, thats a big no no. The product itself is every very expensive so good luck on getting your money back if you decide to return it for whatever reason.

I could not find my order
I could not find my order and presumed it was not delivered. Within minutes of contact we were able to track the order and where/when it was delivered. Products tracked and skin feeling good for it! Excellent service thankyou
