I am writing this review to praise this company on their quick and efficient customer service. I purchased the set of facial creams and a scrub in June and have tried them off and on for the past month or so. I like the scrub okay, but find the face creams too greasy for me. I am not sure if maybe I signed up for a subscription, but as soon as I received an email about another shipment, I wrote the company and within 15 minutes received a reply telling me that had cancelled it for me. I really appreciate Ale and the way she handled my request so quickly. Great company that you can trust. Thank you Froya Organics!
I thought I had suspended my subscription - already having a lot of product and not needing any more for a while. Then I got an email from Froya advising another order was on its way. I emailed their support and on the same day they replied, cancelled my order and refunded the payment.

I am happy with Froya Organics customer service, one of the team member's name is Ale, She/He has given me a lot of help efficiently to soothe my anxiety of the time for waiting. Although I may not place an order directly again , the attitude of performance to customer is not only professional and make customer feel trustworthy, it is also to upgrade the fames of the brand by increasing customer's good impression.
Buyer beware. The company’s “Satisfaction Guaranteed” advertising is misleading. I purchased the product in good faith, but after it caused skin irritation, I learned that the money-back guarantee requires 60 days of consistent use along with before, during, and after photos. Since my skin reacted poorly, I couldn’t safely continue using it for 60 days, so my claim was denied.
Customer service initially seemed very concerned about my skin irritation but responded to my emails at unusual hours. However, once it became clear I was requesting a refund, communication stopped altogether.
I understand companies need return policies, but advertising a satisfaction guarantee while making it so difficult to use is disappointing. I would not purchase from this company again.

Their customer service has also been great. I needed an adjustment to auto-ship and they corrected it immediately after my sending an email.

The product touts its guarantee...but the hoops to jump through before they allow returns are monumental. Photos on a regular basis, waiting a certain time period, etc. This is not at all clear from their massive and continual marketing. The product was very heavy, despite contacting them and following directions carefully. Using it made me wait more than an hour or more after application to apply sunscreen protection to my face...then it seemed to block any absorption. Some messages to the company went unanswered, only AI responses that did come through. You will get constant emails from AI characters about Nordic skincare and lifestyle. Overall, the product is not as promised, the customer service less than helpful and the return/satisfaction guarantee useless. Update: the company reached out (a human representative) and offered a 50% refund as a gesture of goodwill.
