Was reached out to by phone from Tony at Flagship One. His concern was that I had not validated the warranty on a recently purchased ECM, which was essentially my fault (I missed the email). Tony took the time to guide me through making sure my warranty was in place as well as providing updated tracking information for my purchase. As always the service and product from FS1 is top notch. I'd definitely buy from them again.
