Won’t ship item, won’t respond
Ordered back in May, finally received a bad unit at the end of June. Beginning of July initiated a warranty claim and have yet to receive a replacement. They advertise 3-7 working days to ship, been told for a month now it’s “in programming”. Last Friday I was promised it would ship this week. Today is the following Friday and cannot get an email response or account manager on phone. “Trizzia C” is the account manager. It should not take MONTHS to ship something advertised as 2-8 days. Every excuse in the book - delays getting the ecm pulled, delays in programming, delays in testing, “system is down”
