UNFORTUNATELY, I cannot make a negative review! Worst company ever! They sent me something that was not even close to what I ordered. In fact, I paid triple maybe quadruple for my item and they sent me a $3 t-shirt! NOT EVEN CLOSE Their website states if the shipping/order mistake was their fault they would send an RMA label. Not even close, when I contacted them, they would only offer a 20% refund to keep the item. For a full refund they have a laundry list of tasks and shipping to China is on me! WHAT? ...COMPLETE BS ORDER# FUL00078334 *I WILL CONTUNE TO POST NEGATIVE REVIEWS on this company until they respond (they won't even respond now) and I WILL POST IT EVERYWHERE!!!

FULANDA IS A FRAUDULENT COMPANY Do not buy anything from them I ordered a wig from them on June 24th, 2025 it was a salt and pepper wig free form On June 26th,25 wig was shipped I received it on July 2nd To my great disappointment I got a wig but not what I ordered not in color style or quality not even close to what was advertised Only on the 4th of July did they answer Telling me to ask them for return address NOT TO SEND BACK TO ADDRESS I RECEIVED IT FROM Without giving me the address only a few days later after complaining again they send me a Chinese address telling me to send back with snail mail only The only way to communicate with them is an email They also inform you that 30 day return policy started at shipping date 26/6/25 They are willing to refund 15% of purchase price as they negotiate and warn you they will not get product on time which is 30 day from shipping date Drag you until the 30 days are over I paid for something I didn’t order I paid full shipping In Short FULANDA is a very bad company to deal with DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THEM THEY ARE FRAUDULENT DISHONEST That give companies in china bad name

I wish I would've been smart enough to look up reviews for this company prior to me purchasing and I never would've bought from them! I ordered a hair crown piece and they sent me a full on wig! $60 I paid for that damn thing and the wig was the cheapest made thing I'd ever seen in my life! Not only did I not get what I purchased, I ordered brown and got a blonde wig! Then they have the audacity to tell me that I have to pay to ship it back to them when it was their mistake! Never again will I order from this place!

Do NOT buy from this company. They sent me a completely different dress than what I ordered and made the return process so expensive that it wasn't worth sending it back as also there was no guarantee that they would receive it. I fought through many emails to get a partial refund so learn from my mistake and don't buy from them. So disappointing.

Scam selling crappy products
Not the same product in picture. The soles in picture look to be leather and a light brown. Actual shoe has cheap rubber soles. Won't purchase from site again as they sell products that dont match description. It's a con as the picture of my product dont match the picture of product they sell. They say you cant leave a review if you dont confirm delivery of product but their button to confirm delivery does nothing. Its a scam

The pictures on the site is not what they are selling. I ordered one knitted sweater and a blouse, non of them look like the pictures and the material was totally different then described.
Fraudulent company
This company is a total scam. The product they send is a cheap reproduction of the picture they use on their website. They advertise free worldwide shipping and free returns. I am a size small, which is what I ordered. The dress easily could fit someone twice my size. I emailed them to tell them I wanted to return my items. They emailed me back and told me not to return it to the shipping address, which was in California. Instead of providing me with the information, they told me I needed to request the return shipping address. So I emailed back and asked for the return shipping address, which is in China. They indicated that the return shipping was expensive, it would more than likely get lost and I would also be charged for the initial shipping costs as well. They offered a 15% discount for me to keep the items. I questioned them about their claims of free shipping, free returns and received an offer for 20% off, but nothing to address my questions. I sent pictures, showing how ridiculous the dress looked and how it looked nothing like what they advertised. I told them I would report them. They did not address my questions. All they said is if I wanted a refund, I needed to send the product back. I told them I didn't want to pay outrageous postal fees and then have them say that they didn't receive the package. They max out at offering a $40 discount, which I had no other option than to take. I have never dealt with a company that is so outrightly dishonest. I don't know how they are still in business, other than making money off of first time buyers. Please do not waste your money!
disappointing customer service.
Honestly, I’m very disappointed. I made a purchase on Fulanda and received an order confirmation. A few days later, when I saw there were no shipping updates, I contacted them. They claim they only see an item left in the cart back in February and nothing else. However, I placed the actual order in July, and the payment was debited in July. Strangely, the purchase receipt they sent me shows a February date, even though I just bought it recently. I sent them the debit proof, and they keep insisting I didn’t pay—despite the fact that they themselves sent confirmation of payment. I even forwarded them their own data, but they won’t acknowledge it. They reply sporadically and offer no solution. Very disappointing customer service.

DON’T buy their wigs!!! It doesn't look even close to what is advertised! It is very cheaply made and looks like Halloween wig. I would not pay for it more than $15. It is a scam😞 They don’t take returns unless you pay for shipping it back. They won’t let you to post a bad review on their website either. Not good!
Worst company I have ever bought from online
I don't even want to give this company 1 star but I have to. Their wigs are terrible! They look NOTHING like the video or pics. They don't fit on your head. They have a synthetic plastic feel to them and the cut is a joke. The cut is not even in any way, shape or form. The colors in the wig are interesting too! They look so fake it's not even funny. You cannot contact them to get your money back, so don't even bother. Just throw the plastic crap in the trash and call it a day!

I recently purchased a dress on Fulanda that was too big for me. I read their return policy and it states all returns made within 15 days are allowed amd to email a request. I emailed them 3 times and still no response from them. There is no phone number for customer service as well. I am out over $50.00 and I can't get a hold of anyone from the website.

I would give zero stars if I could. Their wigs are awful. The product description was not correct and the pictures and video they showed did not match what you recieve in the mail. On top of that I tried to return the product and they never give you the return address to recieve your refund. They say they can't find your oder even when you send them a screen shot of your oder information. They are bogus and fraudulent. Do not buy from them take your money else where.
