Terrible Experience
I had a terrible experience with Fullfilla’s shipping service. I sent a package to their warehouse using a UPS label they provided, intending to ship it to Russia. After a week of no updates, I reached out to ask about the status of my package. The only response I received was a brief message saying the package wasn’t delivered to them—no explanation, no assistance, nothing. Since then, they’ve stopped responding to my emails and chat inquiries altogether. Their lack of communication and customer support is beyond frustrating. It feels like they just washed their hands of the situation, leaving me to figure things out on my own. I’ve lost trust in their service and am planning to file a formal complaint with the Better Business Bureau. I would strongly advise others to think twice before using Fullfilla for their shipping needs. Svetlana

It's not my first time to sending parcels through Fulfilla service and I'm glad I've found this service! At this difficult time very hard to find company who can help with packages delivery to Russia. The process is very clear and convenient - you bring your package to UPS/USPS with prepaid label and after package is receiving by Fulfilla's warehouse they do all job, you no need to worry about.
