The last time I used the Fulffila service was December 18, 2023. The parcel was delivered to Russia on January 30, 2024. Movement and delivery took longer than usual, but I explain this by the fact that there were holidays in both the USA and Russia. Otherwise, I am completely satisfied with this service and do not see anything better today. I will continue to use your services. Thank you!

The parcel came safe and quick

I have been using this service for few years. I am satisfied with the service and opportunity to track my parcel every step of the way. The customer service is also great through e-mail. Last time I had a problem with my parcel, because my husband sent it through UPS instead of USPS as it was registered. I was worried that I might lose my parcel. But they tracked it for me. Unfortunately I had to pay for it's return, but I was glad that it came safely back, so I could resend it. And it made it very quick. Besides, Fulfilla gave me a discount because of this situation! So I can recommend their service to everyone who wants their package to come safe and quick!

Not good anymore

I used to be a fan of their service, but not anymore: 1) My most recent shipment from Texas, USA to Germany was received by USPS on January 9th and finally delivered on February 20th. The package sat in the Fulfilla facility for over a week, which significantly prolonged the delivery time. 2) The shipping cost was initially calculated and paid as $28. However, upon delivery, the recipient was unexpectedly charged an additional 27 euros, exceeding the pre-calculated amount for more than 2x. Despite discussing the issue with the Fulfilla team, no satisfactory explanation or refund was provided. As a result, I've decided to discontinue using their services and cannot recommend them anymore.

Using Fulfilla was a great experience! The service was terrific, the price affordable, and the delivery time better than expected!! The parcel was trackable from the day I dropped it at the UPS office to the day it arrived at the final destination. Thank you so much! I can't wait to send my next package.

I like this service

I like this service. I have already sent 4 parcels with its help, and 2 are in the works. The support responds consistently and friendly. There are delays in response, but not critical. Delivery time was good, nothing was lost during delivery - I'm happy!

We sent 13 parcels with Fulfilla to…

We sent 13 parcels with Fulfilla to Russia starting July 2023. All were received with no problems. However, if you want to get them on time for the holidays, make sure to send them way in advance. The longer delivery time was due to Russian Post being overwhelmed with the amount of parcels during the holidays. I was tracking my parcels at another tracking service and could see one of my parcels being 'stuck' in Podolsk (outside of Moscow) at their sorting center for 3 weeks. It eventually was sent to its destination but did not make it on time for the holidays. Lesson learned. But it was not Fulfilla's fault.

The best company to send parcels abroad. I sent parcels many times to Russia and Uzbekistan and always the service was perfect. All preparation and tracking is implemented with very convenient online service. And it is pretty cheap.

Great support team

I sent a package a year ago from the USA to Russia. The support team was very helpful: I forgotten to add the apartment number in the address, but they quickly answered and corrected my mistake. The only unpleasant part was that the package seemed to spend about 15 days in the warehouse before it finally got sent to Russia. But overall great experience and I am sending another package this year with Fulfilla.
