Extremely unprofessional experience working with Chad Jones at Trinity Logistics.
From the beginning, I provided updates as they became available regarding the driver unloading and ETA. Delays at receivers are common in this industry and were clearly communicated. Despite this, Chad became increasingly hostile, disrespectful, and confrontational instead of handling the situation professionally.
During communication, I was told to “do my job,” threatened with service failures and DNL status, and received personal insults after the load was already removed. He also made inappropriate comments about contacting company ownership and continued emailing after being asked to stop.
At no point did I refuse communication or abandon the load. The pickup window was still open, and the driver would have made pickup on time after unloading. The situation could have been handled professionally, but instead escalated into unnecessary personal attacks and intimidation.
I understand delays and frustrations happen in logistics, but professionalism and respectful communication should still be maintained on both sides.
