Payout denied after 3 weeks. Apparently there was a hedging violation which occured. this is not the issue. The issue is, that the company waited 3 weeks after I had already made $7000+ in profit and then they decided to tell me that my payout will be denied and I broke a rule and cancelled my account. They should have told me earlier instead of wasting 3 weeks of my life. They always respond so quickly when you ar asking questions about new evaluations. they answer quickly when they will get money from you. But when it's time for them to pay you out, delays and delays and delays. horrible customer support.
They want to play with the big boys, but they cannot.. hidden rules after every payout your highest pnl stays. But your total profit resets!!!This is pure scam and make you up for failure. Also the HFT rule is garbage. And cherry on the cake they let you wait 3 weeks for a payout. Dont go with this and pay 20 bucks more on a firm that has clear rules.
Support team were very rude, useless, three weeks for approval and payment and $100 (20%) commission is absolutely unacceptable, the worst company I've seen in the market.
I have had several unfortunate experiences with this prop firms. 1. Their customer support service is below par. Their reps are argumentative, obnoxious and extremely rude in addition to slow response. Instead of responding to questions, they deliberately pointed out the flaws in our questions. When you tell them to stop arguing and just fix the issue/s they kept highlighting clients mistakes delighting in name calling and demeaning comments. I would never ever recommend this prop firm to anybody not even to my worst enemy.
Love the support and got my first payout ever
I thought funded futures network was a great propfirm until I tried to take out a payout. I requested my payouts 2 weeks ago filled out the steps they told me and waited. I received nothing so now I had to request my payout again, if I knew about the payout problem I would not signed up for funded futures. On top of that they closed my funded account because of inactivity rule. Even though I waited for 3 weeks for them to pay me out and they didn’t even give me a warning that they were going to close the account. Officially done with this propfirm. No wonder it’s not even up there with the best.
If I could, I’d give an even lower score. I have never encountered such unprofessionalism. The support team is a joke—you don't get answers to your questions. The communication is rude and disrespectful. This has been my worst experience with a prop firm. On top of that, they deduct money from your account even when you aren't buying anything, yet they throw their "no refund policy" in your face, and there’s nothing you can do about it. JOE, in particular, has no business being in support; he is completely rude and unprofessional. I don't know who trained him, but—good Lord—you should stay far away from a person like that. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this prop firm to anyone. Avoid it at all costs. UPDATE its been already 11 days as I have contacted support team via their live chat and via emails, problem is still not solved, they just ignore the issue.As I said, worst prop firm ever, now obvious that thieves too. .laggy platform, .dashboard is not being updated timely,(it shows ur eligible for payout even if it's not). .if u did request while not yet eligible then u need 2 weeks to get denied and continue to trade and fix the issue.now u request again, u didn't put fkn LABEL on ur payout which is; ACCOUNT #, ROUTING #,ETC.. bro its already written in order, there's no way to miss that..wait another 2 weeks just to get denied again.. .they have alot of reason to throw at u when ask for update like;(payment processor,running a new account type,people gaming the system etc bs.) .lastly the SUPERHEROS of this firm, discord supports, useless sheet of peas, they're the boss and they dont know sheet about business, we trade and made u money and we demand to get paid on time...

This is the best futures prop firm out there! Best accounts(rules etc.). Free data comes with the accounts and a lot of freedom. Freedom means u get rithmic credentials and are free to trade from whatever platform u want. Also best support, always helpful and always respond in seconds!

3rd $10,000 payout. Yes it takes a little while but they pay. 90% of other prop firms of this size would have banned or denied by now. I much prefer a slight wait and getting my money.
FFN is really good when it comes to taking care of customers! I usually have to wait 24 hours to get a response at other props.. I had multiple questions and made a purchase all within 10 min or so, thanks Joe!
I do not recommend this company. It takes 3 to 4 weeks to process a payout, and no one ever responds personally—only automated messages. Then, on the day you’re supposed to get paid, they suddenly claim that you violated their rules, deny your payout, and close your account. I worked very hard to pass my evaluation and reach my first payout, only to end up with nothing. It feels incredibly unfair and disappointing. In my experience, this is the worst prop firm in the industry. I would not recommend it to anyone.
BOGO ACCOUNT DEAL HAS A HIDDEN ACTIVATION FEE AND A LIMIT TO ONLY ONE PER USER. I FEEL AS THOUGH THE FIRM SHOULD PUT THAT IN CLEAR WRITING WITH THE REST OF THE INFO ON THE COUPON.
Horrible firm. Requested payout end of June. Took 3 weeks and they denied, reason for HFT. I wasn't aware of this and they said I did this on June 4th. Now I had already received a payout on June 15th that accounted for June 4th trading. This second payout was denied and I had over 5k profits in 5 accounts and they closed my accounts out. Their support said I had an average of 1257 seconds on a trade and this ONE trade was 4.24 seconds and their HFT rule is 5 seconds. Then says I got lucky cause they should have denied my 1st payout because they missed it. It was their fault for missing it. So they applied to this payout. Everything else reset after payout request but they applied this rule from a previous payout request. Why use them when other firms pay within 24hrs. Why wait 3 weeks for bs like this.
Won't recommend to anyone. Bought an evaluation and passed. First trade on a funded account and the trading platform starts giving problems. Placed an order and cancelled it right away but the platform shows trade still open and then the page crashes and never opens. Contacted customer service and I was told the trade was closed and in profit. In the evening I open up dashboard and my funded account is liquidated. When asked they told me another trade was also placed(which I did not) and that trade liquidated my account. The second order(which I did not place) was also at a completely different time. When asked to restore the account as I had nothing to do with the trades, answer was a clear NO.
