one of the Worst HFT rules in the space…

one of the Worst HFT rules in the space they have a no day with more than 30% of trades < 5 second rule on both sim and live. And of course its only tracked once you submit a payout. I had 2 trades flagged 1 day trading 1 trade and the other day with 2 trades. overall < 30 trades in 3 weeks I submit a payout request and at the end of the day i goto check my account and i see the we all make mistakes message literally no notification from them i contact them thinking this was a mistake and they reply with a no appeals message. Be warned also with their payout delays where your blocked from trading Ive seen people that have been waiting weeks to get paid still waiting

They will never pay you out profits

They will never pay you out profits. I reached the profit target on 2 accounts and went back and forth on email with them to get it until they eventually just decided to delete my accounts. They cited failed "verification" and when that couldn't be proven came up with "hedging" violation which they said trading metals and equities at the same time will disqualify a user from any payout lol. Multiple members in their discord complain about not receiving payouts and their comments are deleted by the mods and eventually users are blocked from posting the truth. They were recently banned from stripe due to too many users reporting them for fraud and had to come up with their own payment platform so they can continue scamming traders for eval fees.

REFUSED PAYOUTS, ACCOUNTS SHUTDOWN

After spending hundreds of dollars on evals and finally getting to withdrawal on funded accounts all were refused payout and shut down immediately. They blamed ID verification (another made up reason to refuse payouts and shut down accounts of profitable traders). You can read in the firms discord of multiple users who have been waiting for months to receive payout and never get it. Their comments eventually get deleted by admins. STAY AWAY if you don't want to be scammed!

Payout time

Payouts take way too long, support barely helps, I've been waiting on a payout for the past 2 weeks, I havent been able to trade, that's time that I'm not making money. Just disappointed with the payout process and the 24 business hours that I've been lied about. It's been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting.

Their support team is great

Their support team is great. Tony was very patient and gave me peace of mind by explaining that as long as the accounts are active in the dashboard, everything is fine. I was a bit worried about the accounts being flagged for not closing trades by XX:45, but the positions were closed automatically, so that helped clarify things. I was also trying to use the RTrader web app, which was quite frustrating to work with. Tony recommended using the desktop/mobile app instead of the browser version, and that made a huge difference.

Scammed me

Opened a position on my behalf and only offered a reset as compensation even though I had significant profits in the account. Then I brought it up on the discord channel. They said they don't ban people for speaking about their experience, but promptly banned me when they realized it made them look bad. Then they banned me from even contacting support when I kept showing them evidence they were wrong. Does a trustworthy firm need to restrict all communications instead of properly investigating/explaining technical issues?

FFN helps beginners save a significant…

FFN helps beginners save a significant amount of money thanks to the industry's most affordable products and reset policies. I am also very impressed with their prompt customer service. Since the introduction of their Max accounts, I would go so far as to say they are the absolute best in the industry—surpassing any competitor.

I wanted to share my experience with…

I wanted to share my experience with Onyx copy trading through FFN. I had 4 linked accounts running the exact same trades. Two of the eval accounts finished positive, while two funded accounts finished negative because the trades and brackets were not copied correctly. This has happened multiple times whenever I use Onyx copy trading. I tested both the browser version and the app, and the same issue continued happening. I also tested my internet connection, which showed around 258 Mbps download speed with stable ping. Support told me the issue was because my upload speed was under 50 Mbps, and that users need at least 50 Mbps upload speed to avoid connectivity problems. I also want to mention that my internet and setup work perfectly fine on every other trading platform I use. I do not experience these issues anywhere else. I’m not asking for compensation or anything in return. I only wanted to report that there seems to be a problem with the bracket/order synchronization on Onyx copy trading, because it caused inconsistent executions between accounts even while using the same setup. If anyone plans to use this platform, make sure you have the internet speed requirements they recommend, especially the upload speed. Other than that, everything else has been fine.

Support is great!!!

Support is great! I hope everyone would follow Mr. G.W's lead on listening to the situation and make reasonable decision before acting. Trading platforms are not perfect, and when they malfunction best believe Funded futures network support will be there to assist you.

Funded account gets canceled without notice

Nothing negative to say about this company except for one and that is sufficient to rate them 1*. Their program is probably the cheapest in the industry and unfortunately them themselves don't give value to it. I had 2 25k FFNX account with them with balance close to 26k. Last Friday I got an email from them that they are closing those accounts for hedging violation. I emailed them and informed that it was unintentional this must have happened due to the sloppy nature of quantower copy trader and was ready to share quantower log with them for investigation. However they were not ready to do any such thing as this was a nice excuse for them to cancel a funded account. Any one who does copy trading knows that such incidents may occur when you copy trader multiple propfirm accounts together but not them. Also in the past for such incidents I got warning email from Apex and propshop so that I could take corrective action. However this company doesn't believe in giving warnings. So I told them that I would no longer keep any paid account or subscription with them knowing that irrespective of how much balance it has one fine morning that can get canceled.
