This is my 3rd payment

This is my 3rd payment, 1st time my account is lock after received email set up 3rd Funded account, no email from FFN explain what happen, I've try to contact them from chat live, email, Discord, no one can help. Lucky Javier help me from live chat, he check for me and told me they already send email to me, but I didn't received it. I ask he to told that person to resend email to me. Then I know they lock my account b/c use my spouse credit card, they email to my spouse, but he didn't received email. I forward my email to my spouse, he reply to FFN confirm, let me use his card. when we purchase Evaluation, if they reject at the beginning, this won't happen. finally they approved my 1st payment, 2nd payout has no problem. hope this time it won't have problem, Now I request move to Live account ** I realise my account is locked b/c can't login website, RT pro to trade and contact them. If I only wait for them to contact me, I'll wait for ever. ** imo if FFN lock trader account, they should email and let trader know what happen ** I love FFN live chat is reply in a second hope this won't happen in future and minimum trading day in Eval should reduce, not 7 days.

Platform Issues After Funding, no compensation

Despite FFN having one of the most difficult evaluation processes in the industry, I successfully passed two evaluations. Unfortunately, after becoming funded, I experienced significant issues with the Onyx platform that directly impacted my trading. When I reached out to support, the response felt dismissive and focused more on policy than on addressing or compensating for platform-related errors. Given the level of difficulty required to pass the evaluations, I expected a higher standard of accountability once funded. Because these issues were not resolved in a meaningful way, I’ve decided not to continue trading here. It’s disappointing, as the evaluation process itself was solid, but post-funding support ultimately fell short.

Funded Futures Network is built for traders who want to last

Most prop firms pushing “1–2 day evaluation passes” are built around speed and impulse, not trader development. They cater to inexperienced, undercapitalized traders and rely on churn rather than discipline. It’s a sprint designed to fail. Funded Futures Network is different. This firm is built like a marathon, not a gamble. The rules are challenging, but they force patience, risk control, and consistency the same traits required to survive real trading. You’re pushed to trade correctly, not recklessly. What really stands out is the onboarding call. I had a live onboarding with Sergio—who else in this industry does that? Setting expectations and reinforcing discipline from day one is huge and speaks volumes about how this firm operates. Most importantly, their business model feels built for longevity, not hype. In a space full of fragile, marketing-driven firms, this one feels aligned with sustainable trading and long-term survival. If you’re looking for shortcuts, this isn’t it. If you want structure, accountability, and a firm that actually wants traders to last, this is real value.

My experience with FFN has been great…

My experience with FFN has been great so far. I have always received payouts within 24 hours. One major improvement they did is that now they set up funded accounts in a day, earlier it used to take a week. So now everything is so great. Currently I have 1 funded account and looking to scale to 5 accounts.

A good firm? Rather a no-go!

A good firm? Listen! It has TWO! evaluations though they call the second „Evaluation“ EXHIBITION but no payouts are possible in this phase yet until you reach the funded stage AFTER T W O profit goals reached in TWO previous steps! And then once again, reach the profit target in the THIRD and final funded stage to withdraw money. lol A good way to pay out much less to traders IF they ever get there! 🤦‍♂️ No other futures firm has TWO evaluations to get to the funded stage. A no-go!

As far as props go

As far as props go, the rules are much the same but what differentiates is customer service. Tony represents quality customer support, understanding and a problem solving skills to ensure traders are treated fairly and have every chance to succeed.

Software Issues

Software is clunky, complex, and confusing and I have been trading for five years now. Risk management is non existent. Edge pro x somehow decided to buy and sell randomly with no input from me. Setting up target and stops is difficult. I ended up cancelling both of my accounts on my own. On the plus side and the reason for not being no stars is customer support is attentive and quick.

Fraudulent marketing and predatory…

Fraudulent marketing and predatory subscription prices. When you buy their promotional offer the bogo one. They don’t advertise you can only have 1 bogo at a time. So they use deceptive advertising to trap you to get more accounts at once. When you try to resolve this they are aggressive and if they agree they want you to pay 7% processing fees for their illegal practices. When you try to cancel your subscription to avoid renewals they keep you in a predatory system that cancels your fully prepaid subscription. That a violation of processing company subscription policy. It’s illegal to force a client to keep a renewal active to have service to prepaid services. When you ask for a refund they say it’s hidden in our terms of service. All of these practices are fraudulent. I would avoid them.

I downgraded my previous x2 5 star…

I downgraded my previous x2 5 star reviews purely due to Onyx. I was trading silver (silver a and gold have been my main assets for 3 months, before the hype, before the boost in liquidity). I entered a position on silver, tried to drag and drop my stop loss and nothing appeared on my screen, so I tried again and tried to drag a TP also to see if that would work.... nothing. I eventually logged out and back in to see around 7 or 8 orders on my screen... not even stop losses but they'd somehow been converted into long orders... what a joke. One advisor said "yes I see a stop order being rejected right there, leave it with me" ...suddenly Joe barged in saying it was the lack of liquidity...Hahaha give me a break, if it was 3 years ago I'd understand but there's actually more liquidity in silver now than back then. And that was that. They even admitted that had it been an eval they'd have reset it....so whats different about an exhibition account? The money is different, for me to reset that account its 649 dollars which isnt happening. So I have one wasted exhibition that I worked 9 days on (7 days for eval and 2 for exhibition) busting my arse on, one agent agreeing with me then the final just wanting the money. No chance, ive started an eval all over again and I will not be paying to reset the exhibition, that can stay there until it's reinstated or nothing And surprise, I connected to my ATAS PRO with no issues at all. I still like the firm, its just that these issues are brushed under the carpet and others having the same issues are palmed off wirh "browser issues" people that dont know any different (im an experienced trader myself) and I can tell you now that those types of order failures are PLATFORM issues EDIT; they asked for further information to have this taken down but then never replied with any solution so re submitting and cancelled every single subscription i had with them

Great Customer Service

FFN is one of the few, if not the only prop firm where reaching support is lightning fast. You can often reach them even in the odd hours of the day and get a timely response. Recently, I accidentally canceled one of the paid accounts, but Tony from support was kind enough to restore the account and make an exception. FFN also doesn't have a myriad of rules you have to filter through. So it's easy to understand what will and will not get you paid. I definitely recommend giving FFN a try.

Here's the update to my experience with…

Here's the update to my experience with FFN so far since my last update , I think most people in industry is missing out on ffn , such an underrated firm. Static DD in funded and such low pricing compared to all . It can't get better. Big shoutout to the support , I need help any small issues G.W is always proved himself resourceful . I love this firm , its Home to me.

I can only share very good experience…

I can only share very good experience with this company. Even if at first the longer waiting time for a paying funded account seems too much, they easily compensate with incredible customer support and fast payouts. I received my payouts within the same day even if I am international. As for support all love goes to GW that helped me several times super promptly both in discord where he seems to reside bcs he replies in seconds to all concerns people have, as well as on emails where account things had to be sorted.

FFN is a great firm

FFN is a great firm! Although it may take some time to receive your funded account, they payout and super fast too. No 50% of profits like other firms! The staff are super helpful especially G.W. He has helped me a lot. The deals are awesome and I plan to continue with FFN in my trading journey.
