Bathrooms are not modernised. Taps do not function well, especially the bath/ shower taps. No safety bars for older guests. Kitchen sink drains slowly. Overall plumbing is poor. Pros: good space in the apartments. Building is in a good location.

This apartment is excellent. It was spotless when we moved in. Excellent light and views from corner windows. It’s quite pricey, but the supply of nice places on the upper west side is very limited so supply/demand economics prevail. Gripes and suggestions: 1. The bulky pillows on the beds look luxurious, but they are super-uncomfortable and interfered with sleep. I had to buy my own pillows. 2. Get a salad spinner
The location is excellent, the instructions are clear, entering the apartment is easy and organized, the cleanliness is excellent, and finally the arrangements inside the apartment are wonderfully coordinated.
Conveniently located 3 blocks from Central Park. Many food stores to choose from. The apartment is dark, but not much can be done about this. Overall, clean, well equipped with kitchen items and very livable.
I moved in a week and a half ago. I put in my first ticket the first day I had arrived. I have had to email several times. One of the blackout blinds is missing in the bedroom. They finally said someone was coming a week later...to measure. They didn't tell me it was to only measure. I waited a day and have heard nothing. I emailed and again heard nothing. I've been here a week and a half and still waiting to get some proper sleep.
The location is perfect for my needs. It's very close to Parsons, and several grocery stores are nearby. The unit is in a very nice, safe area. Also close to a lot of cafes and restaurants. The unit is how it's described, functional, basic and clean. Some minor touches could have made it better like the following: - extra comforter and blanket -kitchen counter top light is not working -outside window is dirty -Toilet flusher is hard to flush -The water in the shower is not strong other than that, the unit is perfect.
During the time I was living there I felt very comfortable, I had everything at hand. It is a very beautiful and paceful place. The FQ team was attentive and the amenities are excelent, I really enjoyed the gym and the pool
Accommodations were great. Very comfortable. But, the air conditioner was VERY LOUD.
The apartment was set up with all the necessary amenities and I needed to do was bring my clothes and personal items to make it feel like home.

Medical travelers beware — completely unprofessional and deeply disappointing experience. As a professional couple in healthcare, we’ve stayed in many short-term rentals across the country. Our experience with Furnished Quarters was by far the most exhausting, unprofessional, and stressful. We paid $7,200/month for what was promised as a clean, fully functional unit. Instead, we walked into a space that reeked of cigarette smoke, had ongoing AC leaks, trash left in hallways, and laundry machines with gouged pricing. We brought up each of these issues respectfully and in writing, hoping for resolution. But what we got was silence, dismissal, and unaddressed concerns. We even had to buy our own air purifier just to cope. To make matters worse, when our work contract ended, we provided proper 30-day notice to vacate—clearly outlined in our lease. Yet they attempted to gaslight us, ignored our emails, and tried to hold us financially responsible beyond our legal obligation. We followed every procedure, and they still acted like we were in the wrong. we will never book with them again. The lack of respect, accountability, and professionalism is staggering — especially for the price point. If you’re a traveling professional who values clarity, responsiveness, and a livable space — look elsewhere. This company does not care about its tenants beyond the rent check.

Our apt was not as advertised. The bedroom had a missing blind which let light pour in during the day and had no privacy at night. It too several weeks before a temporary shade was put in.

Honestly, I am not sure whether Furnished Quarters are to be blamed or the building staff they collaborate with. Nonetheless, my stay was not satisfactory. The unit's amenities are old, noisy, and do not function properly all the time. Considering the amount paid for this service, I believe they fall short.
