Excellent experience
The building staff were kind and helpful, especially the super, and Mario and Juan Carlos, the doormen. Apartment was well-equipped, with excellent location.

Renting an apartment in New York City
Furnished Quarters made the whole process of renting a short-term apartment in New York City very simple. The staff have been extremely helpful and the apartment that I am staying in is fantastic.

Great location and clean
Great location. Close to lots of restaurants, grocery stores, target! Apartment is so clean. The concierge in the lobby are very friendly and helpful. All requests for service are delivered fast. TV in bedroom wasn’t working and someone came within hours.

There is a detail in the bedroom floor right next to the window, and a strange smell inside of the apartment

Very comfortable stay for 8 months. Had all the household items we needed. Staff was wonderful!
One month renter
Doormen are somewhat friendly, but indifferent. Then again, we are not full time residents. The water flows slowly down the drain in the tub.
