had an issue where my invoice was paid £0.01 short for some reason and wouldn’t let me pay the remaining as it was under the minimum of 50 cents so i was stuck without the package i paid for. Mariano A got in touch when i reached out within a few minutes and helped me out by paying the remaining 0.01 balance so my package would activate. issue was resolved very quickly by them so i will provide 5 stars for the customer service, issue however should never had happened.
