Eleazar has been very responsive towards my request to switch server location. She acted switfly and within 15 mins, it is up and running again. Ive been using FXVM and this is my 5th VPS with them. i will recommend people who needs VPS hosting to use them. Definitely better than some other Hosting out there!

Just finished a 45-minute remote support session, and I couldn't be happier. Rowe was incredibly supportive—she took her time to diagnose the issue, downloaded the necessary apps for me, and even helped reset my password upon request. Thanks to her, my VPS is up and running perfectly again! Having tried many other providers, FXVM is hands down the best for me. Because I am in a completely different time zone, finding support can be tough, but they truly work around the clock. I am so grateful they were available right when I needed them. I requested a free trial for 7 days, and on the 2nd day they slapped an invoice for TWICE the amount of the regular (monthly) subscription. FRAUDSTERS!
