Sent in 2 perfect phones expecting $90 each. 3 weeks after I shipped, they responded minor damage and offered $30 each. The bot and I went back and forth 6 times and at the end they gave me $60 each (the listed price for minor damage was $63. If you turn down, they ship back for free per website. Happy with price at the end but it took a month and multiple interactions.
