I learned my lesson with AT&T trade-ins—I basically gave away a phone and lost the credits after paying it off early. This time I sold my used phone to this LLC and got paid via Zelle. The process was seamless, customer service was top-notch, they even covered shipping, and they paid exactly what the phone was worth. I'll definitely sell to them again in the future.
I had a great experience with Gadget Pickup. I sent in an iPad with a cracked screen, and the process was simple from start to finish. They received it quickly, and the estimate they gave me beforehand was exactly what they paid. No surprises or hassle. I'm also glad it was recycled by someone other than Apple, who wasn't going to offer me anything for it. I'd definitely use them again.
GadgePickup is great. They paid me what they quoted and I received the payout very quickly.
Gadget Pickup out bid its competitors for my perfect original condition iPhone 16 plus. Promised if inspection matched my product description I would be paid the next following business day. Their offer was clear, shipping options insurance and fee was clearly stated. The company did exactly as promised.
This is the third time I’ve used GadgetPickup, all within the last six months or so. They communicate very well, and are very honest and fair with their offers and payments. I like the UPS tracking that’s available when I send my items to them. They also update you after they receive your item and throughout the review and payment process. It only talk about four days this last time, from the time I mailed my iPad mini till I received the payment in my bank account via Zelle.
Fast and easy payment. I would likely sell another phone to this company.
Incredibly easy to work with and delivered a fair price.
The process was simple and quick. I shipped the phone and 2 business days later I received payment.
I submitted an iPhone 17 Pro Max 512GB that was brand new and factory sealed. Before shipping, I clearly selected that the phone was financed through AT&T. Based on that exact information, GadgetPickup offered me $676. Their quotation process did not request the IMEI before asking me to ship the phone. After they received possession of it, they changed the status to “BAD ESN” and reduced the offer by exactly 50%, from $676 to $338. The financing status was not hidden or discovered later. It had already been disclosed and used to generate the original quote. If the IMEI is essential to determine the real price, they should request and verify it before the customer ships the device. This process places the customer under pressure after the company already has possession of the phone: accept a drastically reduced offer, dispute it within a short deadline, or wait for the device to be returned. I rejected the adjusted offer. My concern is not only the amount. It is the post-possession repricing method and the lack of meaningful IMEI verification before shipment. Consumers should document the original quote, disclose every condition accurately, save screenshots, and understand that the final offer may be substantially lower after GadgetPickup receives the device.
Hello Pablo, Thank you for your feedback, and we're sorry to hear that you weren't fully satisfied with your experience. After reviewing your order, the offer was adjusted due to a Bad ESN status. We want to clarify that this information is not hidden — our website clearly states that if a device has a bad ESN/IMEI or is currently under a financing plan with T-Mobile, Sprint, AT&T, Verizon, or another carrier, there will be an additional deduction of up to 50% off the stated price. This notice is also displayed at the carrier selection step during the quote process. We understand your concern about IMEI verification prior to shipment, and we appreciate that feedback — it's something we take seriously as we continuously work to improve our process. Please keep in mind that free returns are available if you do not agree with our assessment. Your device can be sent back at no cost. We also attempted to reach out to you directly to resolve this, but unfortunately did not receive a response. We're sorry the experience felt frustrating and we appreciate your patience. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to contact us at [email protected] Sincerely, The GadgetPickup Team
