Total bait and switch
Total bait and switch. They provided a solid reasonable offer. Enough for me to ship it in. When they received the floor dropped and they low balled me. 39% lower than the original offer. They countered once I said no deal, but still way off the original. Had them return and sold on eBay for a lot more!

Well I was under the impression that it would take one day once they received my item and was advertised with several other places like them and each one has the payout days this company was first on the list and the only one that said 1 day the rest were 2 or more days. I printer my label and sent it took 4 or 5 days for them to receive i figured it would have been an over night thing nope and now they say 1 to 3 days for payment how it takes more than a few minutes to evaluate it ok maybe a day at most might be busy but 3 days I dont care for being mislead I wouldn't have sent it if I would have know ill update with the outcome

To clarify our timeline: our shipping labels are standard ground service, not overnight, so transit time depends on the carrier. Once a device arrives at our facility, inspection takes 1-3 business days, and payment is initiated within 24 hours after that. This is all listed on our How It Works page. We also offer priority inspection at no charge for anyone who asks, and most of those orders are processed the same day the package arrives. Gadget Pickup Reduced My Price On Brand New Phone!
Consumers should be aware of my experience with Gadget Pickup before accepting a buyback offer. The company initially quoted me what appeared to be a fair price for my iPhone 16 Plus, which I accepted. After receiving the phone, however, Gadget Pickup reduced its offer by $114, claiming that the screen was scratched. This phone had never been used—it came directly out of the box before being sent to Gadget Pickup. Therefore, I strongly dispute their claim that the screen was scratched or that the phone’s condition justified such a significant reduction in the quoted price. Fortunately, I declined the reduced offer and requested that my phone be returned. My concern is that other consumers may feel pressured into accepting a substantially lower amount after they have already shipped their device. In my opinion, this pricing practice is misleading and unethical. Consumers deserve to know that Gadget Pickup may not honor its original quoted amount, even when a device is brand new and unused. Anyone considering using this company should thoroughly document and photograph the condition of their device before shipping it.

No bait and switch like back market
Had a trade in deal with back market they did a bait and switch offered 100$ less after I sent phone in. Turned them down and went with gadget pick up the paid me same same amount they offered the same day they got my phone inspected! Will deff use again.
