Awful provider. They constantly bill their claims wrong in an attempt to charge fees and copays that they shouldn't be charging based on the insurance coverage / policy that I have. Contacting them is a nightmare; they sometimes take days to respond and if you don't respond within a short window of time that they do, then you have to wait even longer to hear back again. Avoid this provider at all costs unless you want to throw away money for no reason.
I felt the doctor listened to me about "my" diagnosis and then told me what she thought it was. She was correct. but still called in a prescription to alleviate my uncomfortable symptoms.

Good doctors and care team
It was fine scheduling the appointment. The appointment was uneventful. The provider said she would order the scan. I am not a complex medical case, extremely simple request. Galileo cannot seem to get an order faces properly to either of 2 institutions. This has wasted my time following up, and I still don't have the scan scheduled. Their response time within the app is extremely slow. No website access at all.

If you want your money taken time wasted nothing done and someone to just keep apologizing to you go here. All they care about is the money. After they waste months of your time and collect after doing absolutely nothing besides extended responses they’re going to refer you over to someone else they’re going to put medical records in your record that you did not ask for or speak on a lot of the communication is through text, however the provider still happened to have some type of miscommunication and they act like 90% of the conversations are not documented. I would not recommend anyone who truly loves their self or their family not to deal with them.

I needed help getting a signature on the lab request form since I was already at the Laboratory. I called Galileo's phone number and an actual person responded, they resent the file within a minute. I was impressed and it was a Saturday!

I have used Galileo for over a year now and I have no complaints. It is well built and the people behind it are very knowledgable with what I have used them for. Highly recommend for the individuals with no insurance! I will keep using for as long as I cannot find some decent health insurance especially with the rising costs nowadays!

I had my first virtual visit with Dr. Minh Nguyen and it was a very positive experience. She was pleasant, respectful, and made me feel heard throughout the appointment. I especially appreciated that she did not talk down to me and approached recommendations—such as screenings, immunizations, and preventative care—without pressure or judgment. In the past, I’ve sometimes felt looked down on when I decline certain recommendations, but that was not the case here at all. She treated me with professionalism and respect the entire time. Overall, I felt comfortable and well cared for during the visit.

It’s a very easy process to make an appointment. The meeting it's short, but covered everything. And saved me the $500 that I would havespent for the same appointment and labs at my primary care physician’s office.
The physician Ian Hoffman was ridiculous. He was not listening at all. Bad bedside manner and no compassion or empathy. Give me my refund back $10. Ian did nothing. He could not even call me back. Horrible ridiculous physician. He was extremely rude and interrupted me throughout. Listening and attention to detail skills was poor and awful 😢.
Really easy to get care quickly. The doctor was very nice and understanding and listened to my concerns.

I really appreciate such an intuitive interface. The entire process was quick and easy. I was able to create my account, get a virtual appointment, and pick up my prescription all within the span of a couple hours.
Galileo Health is the absolute WORST medical organization I have ever had to deal with. It's been nothing but problems. Screwing up my Rx dosage, sending blood tests to the wrong place and delaying my Rx refill for over a week until after my account expired are just a handful of the many issues I've had with them. It sounds great, in theory, but in practice, they are HORRIBLE.
