Pay Issues - Resolved
Updated Review: Customer service at GameBillet reached out after around 13 hours. They are very busy with a sale this week and some new games it sounds like. After multiple attempts to correct the issue, GameBillet did come up with a solution and for that they are to be commended. I do recommend they continue to explore the payment issue as I've never ran into something similar. Original Review: While the prices look fantastic, if the pay method does not work, it doesn't really matter. After trying to pay multiple times and receiving a message that says "We are unable to authenticate your payment method. Please choose a different payment method and try again," I reached out to their support after my bank said the charge did not even appear as an attempted transaction. Based on reviews I assumed it would be a quick turnaround. It's been over twelve hours, and so far I've received nothing beyond the auto-generated response to let me know they received my concern. It is very concerning to enter your debit card information on a site, nothing go through the bank, and receive no response from the company. To be fair, they very well may respond today and alleviate my concerns, but for now it has been a stress inducing experience. I will update this review when/if I hear anything.
Reliable
I made a purchase that included Elden Ring. The key was quickly delivered seconds after the purchase and the key also worked on Steam. I will be using this website from now on since I had a much better experience here when compared to a competitor like G2A.
