I'm new to these game booster stuff and i think its good and cheap compared to other VPN i used to use so its good. The only issue I have is sometimes i get some error message in-game in Aion 2

I have been a paying customer of GearUP, but after an update in the spring of 2025, they changed the login and payment setup, which resulted in me losing access to the service I am paying for. It is unacceptable that there is no clear and accessible option to cancel the subscription either in the app or through the account settings. The ability to terminate a subscription and stop future billing should be a basic consumer right. I have therefore been forced to contact my bank to prevent further charges, as I am unable to manage the subscription myself through GearUP. Based on this experience, I can unfortunately only give one star.

Eu comecei a utilizar o programa desde o lançamento do battlefield 6 e não me arrependo de ter utilizado, mas estarei migrando para qualquer outro concorrente pelo simples fato dessa empresa oferecer constantemente periodos gratuitos de vip por avaliação e NUNCA habilita os vips na minha conta. A partir de hoje nunca mais abro esse programa ou sequer pago uma mensalidade novamente. I started using the program since the release of Battlefield 6 and I don't regret using it, but I will be switching to any other competitor simply because this company constantly offers free VIP trial periods and NEVER activates the VIPs on my account. From today on, I will never open this program again or even pay a monthly fee again.

Ping and jitter issue and can't connect to csgo 2 severs
For about a week now, I’ve been experiencing high jitter and ping spikes up to 500ms while using Gear Up. The ping drops back down but the issue recurs every 5 minutes. Additionally, I sometimes can't connect to CS2 servers and have to restart Gear Up to fix it.

No matter the region, it stayed stable.
Keeps my game running as smooth as possible, no matter the region it keeps it under 200ms. Even in servers where I'm likely to have my game freeze, it's perfectly fine.
