This vacum is junk I was robbed for $58 cdn, I tried to contact GENUINEW 3 times for refund and got no return answer, they are thieves!

AVOID these Rogue Traders! Rubbish product and even worse customer service

I bought the Powerful Wireless Car Vacuum Cleaner. After a few weeks it stopped working. I contacted them and, after excessive back and forth, they offered me an insulting $3 compensation. Interaction is via a chatbot, and they do not respond directly to points raised. What I asked for is a replacement. They are, at best, Rogue Traders and, at worst, Con Artists.

I ordered two vacuum products on December 13th. Its February 3rd and still didn’t receive. They told paypal it was delivered! THIS WEBSITE IS A SCAM DO NOT EVER USE.

Mini Vacuum car & house faulty product

Hi, I purchased two of your products on the 20th of November 23 for Christmas presents. The product was the 2 in 1 Vacuum Cleaner, portable Mini Home and Car X2. I started to get concerned the 20th of December as I had not received the goods. I started following up with shipping and after multiple emails and online portal links I eventually got a call from a transport company on the 18th of January 24 my package was some 40 Klm away waiting collection. I drove to the transport company collected the package and drove home. I was not impressed as the order stated it would be delivered to my house. But unfortunately that was only the beginning, when I got home I opened the package to see and test my purchase. Disappointed would be putting it mildly. The product is absolutely useless. It has zero suction. I thought maybe it is not charged fully, so I fully charged it and tried it again with the same outcome. The only positive I can fine out of this experience is thank God it did not come on time and I gave them as presents as I would have looked like a complete idiot to people I care about. My whole experience with this purchase has been a disaster from start to finish. I wish to return the products for a full refund please. I have not gone to social media to rant about my experience with WWW. Genuinew. Com. Pleas advise what my next course of action should be. I have been treated in the most unprofessional manner regarding product return and a full refund you obviously do not care about your customers once you have been paid. Cheers, Paul Gaffney

cordless vacuum cleaner that never arrive

I purchased a cordless vacuum cleaner and never received the item. After about 3 weeks of tracking the item (either at logistic facility or in transit), I received an email stating that the item has been returned to the post office and cannot be returned. I asked for the name of the post office so I can inquire and the reply was that “the package has been returned and cannot be verified” (whatever that means). The company has just emailed to ask for another payment. I think it’s best to avoid dealing with this company.

Don't buy anything. Product (portable vacuum) totally different by the description, box is damaged, vacuum seems already used, dirty e same object are missed. Total delusion

Crooks do not buy anything

Crooks, inferior non working products! Extremely complicated - impossible to get refund! At the end, after threats, got 40% of purchases price back! Do not touch any of their products on instagram or eBay! !!!!

Charged more than advertised and box arrived damaged

Charged higher for the product I purchased through Genuinew and the package was damaged when delivered as it wasn't bubble wrapped and instead was wrapped in plastic with no protection. Item was meant to be a Christmas gift and now I would be embarrassed to give it as a gift. Genuinew only offered a $3 refund. What a joke.

Do not buy from this seller! I made a purchase in September 2023 but then I wanted to cancel the order. I could do it before shipping, but they did not respond to three requests and shipped anyway. I could not do anything but wait for the arrival of the product (a portable vacuum cleaner) but the quality is so low that it practically does not work, a totally different product from what was promised. Through Paypal I asked for a refund, but the shipping cost to China is higher than the refund and the value of the item. I was cheated, do not make the same mistake!
