What people say

Do not order from this site

Do not order from this site! It takes over a month to arrive, and if you’re missing something they want to compensate you…I think $4 (on a $45 purchase). I ordered a set of 3 and received one item. Many emails back and forth and they won’t send me the 2 that are missing. They’re in CHINA and not to be trusted!!!! I ordered the mini dump truck, fork lift and excavator set. I received the dump truck but not the other 2 items. They wanted a picture of what I received, which is weird , but I sent it and they still won’t fix their mistake. Said shipping shows they all went. They didn’t. It came in one box. One small box for a dump truck, nothing else.

Review/Complaint

Review/Complaint Review/Complaint: Getaheade - Defective Product and Dishonest Refund Policy I purchased a set of sun and moon bracelets from Getaheade for $32.00 to 35.00. The product was advertised as vibrating touch bracelets that allow you to send a vibration to the paired bracelet by pressing a button, letting the other person know they're being thought of. Product Failure: The bracelets do not work as advertised. Neither bracelet vibrates. They are cheap stone and rope. The core functionality of the product is completely non-functional. Refund Issues: Getaheade advertises a "full refund if not satisfied" policy on their website. When I contacted them about the defective product and requested a refund, they: Initially offered only $4.00 (12.5% of purchase price) After I requested a minimum $20.00 refund, they claimed a "supervisor" would only approve $7.00 (22% of purchase price) Refused to honor their advertised full refund policy Resolution Attempted: I clearly communicated that $15.00 was my minimum acceptable refund (already generous given the product doesn't work at all). They refused this reasonable compromise. I stated the bracelets themselves were worth about $5 each. Outcome: This is a classic bait-and-switch operation. They advertise functioning products and full refunds, then deliver non-working items and refuse to honour their stated refund policy. I paid $32.00 to 35.00 for completely non-functional bracelets and received no meaningful resolution. Sadly, this was meant to be a gift from my daughter to her best friend for Christmas. Shipping took from November 20 to January 7th for delivery. Absolutely disgusting. Warning to potential customers: Do not trust their refund guarantee. Save your money and purchase from a reputable company that stands behind their products. If I could give them a negative 5 stars, I truly would!
