Juan did an exceptional job with follow up, He followed up via email which I was not aware of, he than followed up with a call to me. He made it so easy to plan our vacation. I appreciate the effort that he put into making this happen for my 40th wedding anniversary.

This place is definitely a scam This place is definitely a scam! I have NEVER had any resort, hotel, motel etc, ask my age, place of employment, if I am married or single. What is my level of income, and didn't qualify me due to my income level per year, then she quickly hang-up the phone when I told her I'll do a review on her. They are fishing for information and I should have knew something was wrong. I would not advise giving out your personal information. SCAMMERS!!!!

The reason why we are able to offer our packages at up to 85% discount is because these promotional offers require an up to a 2 hour sales presentation at the Resort to learn about our Resort Partner’s vacation Ownership Programs. The demographic requirements are set forth by our Resort Partners, not us, and they are all listed on the website under the Offer’s “Terms & Conditions.” The last thing that we want to do is to sell this package to someone that does not qualify because the penalty for purchasing the package without qualifying would result in an additional charge of the full rack-rate of the resort stay. This place is definitely a scam! In my 30 + years of living I have NEVER had any resort, hotel, motel etc, ask my age, place of employment, if I am married or single, etc. They are fishing for information and I should have knew something was wrong when the person sound like they were from India 🤣. I ended the call I would not advise giving out your personal information. KEEP YOUR INFORMATION SAFE!! I paid full price for me and my family getaway and I did not have to worry about having my information stolen. You have been WARNED!!

Bad for knowledge
We excited to do Made reservation for Westgate hotel good deal price But I found out more information by gateway deals They asked me Stupid questions my personal see How much I earned high level only !! They don’t qualify me because of my low income and senior citizen! Omg that company sucks !

Scam
I tried to make a reservation through the website. The deal was 89 dollars. When I completed the reservation, it mentioned that I had to call this number. When I called the representative asked several questions, which were not relevant to the booking. After that, he told me that I was not qualified for that offer and told me that I had to pay 650+ dollars for the same package.

Ruined my Birthday
I purchased the $99 vacation at Westgate. Then upgraded to a larger room so in total it was $249. It slept 8 people and the kids were comfortable. The representative said I had to take a 90 minute tour. It was several hours of torture. It happened to be my birthday. This was a terrible experience from the tour to the subpar outdated hotel. Made for an awful birthday and time I can never give back. There should be a law against how long you can legally keep someone in the sales room. And if there is they didn’t tell us because I would’ve left. We had a 2 bedroom right by the pool which was nice but then I started to look around and it was low budget everything. The furniture was old and peeling. The sinks would not drain. The kitchen sink drained into the dishwasher and the dishwasher was difficult to latch. The shower had no hot water. The Airconditioner did not get cold in our room. Do not do it! There are better places to have nicer experiences in Orlando. I do not recommend.
