It was great communication. I missed my flight and had to pay for the next one, which was double the price of my round trip. Other then that it was good.

Charlie’s exceptional service

I couldn’t complete the purchase unfortunately because the reservation didn’t pass the airlines confirmation. Even so, I would like to personally thank Charlie Smith who guided me through the fare changing options and was patient towards all of my questiones and decisions. He stayed with me on the line and helped me a lot even though I didn’t end up buying the ticket. Thanks a lot Charlie, may the good karma guide you in times to come.

Justairticket.com tried to BAIT-AND-SWITCH me

I was redirected to Justairticket.com from Momondo.com, because they were offering a price 3% lower than any other booking option. I filled out the booking information and gave them my card, and they replied with a screen saying my booking was not completed and I would have to call their service representatives. The representative I got on the phone said that fare was not available anymore, and they could only book me a ticket if I paid 10% over the going rate (13% above their offer price). I refused. I immediately went back to Momondo and found that the prices had not changed. I booked directly with the airline and got the regular price without the 3% discount. I'm very happy to have paid the regular price to avoid doing business with this BAIT-AND-SWITCH SCAMMER. Later I realised that they got me to enter all my data, which I'm sure they sold for $30ish. I wonder if that's the real business model.

I want to warn other customers about my experience with JustAirTicket. We were told that booking through JustAirTicket would be cheaper than booking directly with United Airlines. Based on that, we trusted the agent and purchased the tickets through them. After payment, we received the booking details and saw the actual breakdown. The United Airlines fare was **$860.33 per passenger**, and JustAirTicket added another **$103.42 per passenger** under “Taxes & Fee,” bringing the total to **$963.75 per passenger**. The agent who assisted us appeared to be Indian. I mention this only so JustAirTicket management can identify the employee who handled our booking. He presented himself as very knowledgeable, honest, and trustworthy and repeatedly assured us that we were getting a better deal than booking directly with United Airlines. Only after we paid did we clearly see the additional **$103.42 per passenger**. I hope JustAirTicket management investigates this booking, identifies the agent involved, and takes appropriate action. My advice to other travelers: compare the final price carefully and buy directly from the airline’s official website whenever possible.

A scam

A scam. They advertise completely different prices and only after calling them I found out that instead of $660 the cost was $860. They offered to discount it to $720. What a scam..

Misleading pricing, bait and switch, stick you with charges you did not agree to.

They were not able to provide me a round-trip ticket for the price they quoted, but said that since they've already purchased the tickets for one leg of the trip, I have to pay for it, even though they can't deliver the total trip for the quoted price. Then tried to upsell me on more expensive return tickets, refused to refund the charge I did not agree to, refused to connect to supervisor. The bit about them already purchasing one leg of the trip also turned out to be a lie, according to both the airline and the credit card company.

⚠️ WARNING — THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING WITH JUSTAIRTICKET I strongly recommend that anyone considering booking with JustAirTicket do their research before giving this company their money. I purchased a flight believing I was completing a legitimate airline ticket purchase. My credit card was charged, but I did not receive an e-ticket after the transaction. When I contacted the company, I was told that I needed to wait several hours for the ticket to be issued. This has been an extremely stressful and frustrating experience. When you pay for an airline ticket, you expect to receive a valid ticket and clear confirmation—not to be left wondering whether you actually have a flight after your card has already been charged. I have already contacted my credit card company regarding the transaction and am documenting everything. I am sharing this because I wish I had researched this company more carefully before purchasing. Please read the complaints and reviews from other customers before booking. Do not make your decision based solely on a low advertised airfare. I will update this review if the company actually issues the valid ticket or resolves the situation.
