When I was booking my return flight one way back to USA. I booked return flight in one month. And this is my second time it happened. First time it aligned with my plans but this time they don't want to return or cancel my return flight. "Sorry mam we had glitches" it will automatically cancel. And I knew for a fact it won't be because once I flew with a ticket and wasn't. Sounds like they running some s***** business in a back. Probably resealing tickets if you won't check in. Never using again. I cancel my flight directly trough airlines but I wasn't refunded.
Mr Chris Martin helped me I accidentally booked the wrong day and he helped me fix it. This was my first time and He was so helpful. Scam site. Made reservation and it was cancelled when we got to the airport. The cancellation came from a phony email and a number 2 digits off my cell phone. Also listed my address in Texas but we live in NC!!! Lets see if this review stays up.

I had one of the worst experiences I've ever had booking airfare with CheapTicketFare. I searched for my flights, selected the exact travel dates and times I needed, paid for the tickets, and received a confirmation. About two hours later, I received a phone call informing me that they could not honor the flight I had booked. I was told I would either need to change my travel dates or pay an additional $700. I explained multiple times that my travel dates were not flexible and that I specifically booked those flights because I had to travel on those dates. It felt like a classic bait-and-switch: the flight I had already booked and paid for was suddenly unavailable unless I paid substantially more. I requested a full refund since they could not provide the itinerary I had purchased. My request was denied. I even asked to speak with a manager, but instead of helping resolve the situation, I was told there was nothing they could do, and I left the conversation feeling dismissed and disrespected. To make matters worse, after the call ended, I received an email showing that my flight had been changed to dates that were completely outside my intended travel period. I had to call back and spent another two hours on the phone trying to straighten everything out. In the end, I was pressured into paying an additional $500 just to get flights that worked for my trip. Looking back, I should have paid more attention when my credit card company initially flagged the transaction. Based on my experience, I would not use this company again. If you're considering booking with CheapTicketFare, I recommend reading recent customer reviews carefully and being aware that your final itinerary and price may not match what you originally selected.
