I purchased the lost/delayed baggage…
I purchased the lost/delayed baggage protection and should have received a payout after 96 hours. It’s been more than 4 weeks and just received a denial because the airline put t it e incorrect baggage claim number on one of the forms. I was required to purchase emergency medical supplies due to the baggage delay. I do not understand why this is happening. Do NOT waste your money with this company.
